Summer Solstice

The Summer Solstice came at 4:55 PM GMD.

The Sun is at 00:00 Cancer, the Moon is at 19:02 Aquarius, sesquisquare the Sun, denoting dangers of losses especially in financial speculations, and/or tensions and dangers of breaks in areas of diplomatic relations during the course of the summer.
Saturn is retrograde at 18:31 Capricorn conjunct the South Lunar Node at 18:29 Capricorn and Pluto retrograde at 22:26 Capricorn. And these are opposite Mars at 23:26 Cancer and Mercury (in the dark, and prone to impulsive moves, or leaping before he looks, as he is rises after the Sun) at 25:00 Cancer. There is a continuation of threatening gestures and bravado, while big businesses behind the scenes are playing their cards close to the chest, being backward about being forward, or keeping their intentions secret. What appears in the news may only be half true, and a distraction.
Jupiter at 18:06 Sagittarius is opposite Venus at 15:22 Gemini and square Neptune at 18:43 Pisces. This is a T-square of Jupiter, Venus, and Neptune. And Uranus at 5:34 Taurus is sesquisquare Jupiter, and semisquare Venus and Neptune. Moon, however, is trine Venus and sextile Jupiter. While it spells over expansion. It also spells optimism. The part of wisdom advises being cautiously optimistic.

The chart for at Greenwich UK has Jupiter retrograde in the 2nd house, opposite Venus in the 8th, and square Neptune in the 4th. And Uranus is in the 6th house. Optimism will push up the markets this summer.
Saturn, Pluto, and Moon are in the 3rd house, opposite Mars, and Mercury in the 9th house. And Moon sesquisquare Sun, showing a lot of arguing and nervousness between UK and Bruxelles over debts. But Moon sextile Jupiter in the 2nd house and trine Venus in the 8th house is very good for financial growth.

The chart for Washington DC has Jupiter in the 4th opposite Venus in the 10th, square Neptune in the 7th, and Uranus in the 8th. The Sun is also in the 10th. There will not be a war with Iran, although the chart shows that there is treachery with danger of secret attacks on the part of foreign powers.
Venus in the 10th house afflicted, warns of scandals in the highest circle, but Gemini Venus trine Aquarian Moon is very lighthearted.
Venus rules the 2nd and 9th houses. That spells money from foreign trade, possibly with China; that may be a possibility.
The Sun in the 10th house, is favorable to the President, but, afflicted by the Moon, shows difficulties that he will have with the Government.
Jupiter in the 4th house afflicted affects the land from all the storms. This might not be so good for crops. But Jupiter is also sextile the Moon. This mitigates the problems to a large degree.
Venus rules the 2nd house in this chart. Because Venus is in Gemini, the 2nd house is in Libra, and because of the afflicted aspects on the one hand and the trine from the Moon on the other, it means that the market could be quite skittish this summer.
Saturn and Pluto are in the 5th house opposite Mars and Mercury in the 11th house. Mercury rules the Asc. meaning the people are angry, and the country is divided.
Mercury and Mars in the 11th house shows Congress in turmoil. Mercury also rules the 10th of the President. In opposition to Saturn and Pluto in the 5th house, it shows the President in strained relations with foreign diplomats.

The chart for Beijing, China has Jupiter in the 9th house. Despite everything else, this is very good for improvements in foreign trade.
Neptune is rising above the Asc (21:00 Pisces). The people are unconcerned with the recent developments in Hong Kong.
The Moon in the 12th house, favorably aspecting Jupiter and Venus, shows continuing improvements to public institutions.
Uranus in the 2nd house sextile the Sun in the 4th house shows the unexpected losses and gains of money, but the Sun in the 4th house is very good for crops.

Full Moon in June

The Full Moon comes on June 17th at 9:32 AM, GMT.
It is at 25:53 Sagittarius, the Sun at 25:53 Gemini.

The Moon is separating from conjunction Jupiter 18:38 Sagittarius, and square Neptune 18:43 Pisces. This forms a T-square involving Sun, Moon, Jupiter, and Neptune. - It is over-expansive and prone to errors of judgement, can bring about losses by extravagance or waiting too long to take action, and disappointments, or dangers in travel, possibly including self-indulgence in foods which can lead to health problems, especially connected to the liver.
There is also a conjunction of Mars 20:41 Cancer, Mercury 19:52 Cancer, and North Lunar Node 18:43 Cancer in opposition to Saturn 18:48 Capricorn conjunction Pluto 22:31 Capricorn.  - This brings about sharp disagreements, anger, and conflict. - Mars, Mercury, Saturn, and Pluto are all in good aspect with Neptune who is also in T-square with Sun, Moon, and Jupiter. So, Neptune acts like a hinge. Venus 10:06 Gemini is also in wide square with Neptune. - All this spells restlessness, argumentativeness, confusion, indecision, and wild speculation in the world. Four planets are in Cardinal signs, five planets are in mutable signs, and one planet, Uranus, is in a fixed sign (Taurus). Uranus is sequisquare Jupiter and semisquare Neptune, adding to the possibilities of losses.
The world situation is very unstable at this time.

The Full Moon chart at Greenwich, England  has the North Lunar Node, Mercury, and Mars in the 11th house, opposite Saturn and Pluto in the 5th and 6th houses. The Sun is also in the 11th house opposite the Moon, and Jupiter in the 5th house, square Neptune in the 8th house, -  showing rancourous arguing in Parliament, the issue of money seemingly owed the EU for Brexit the prime issue. Neptune won't help resolve it, but is apt to confuse it for the time being.
Venus is in the 10th house, square Neptune, and opposite Jupiter; and Uranus is conjunct the 10th house cusp, semisquare Neptune and sesquisquare Jupiter,  - to further upset the already upset apple cart. Venus represents a woman, or women (being in Gemini) cannot help the situation.

The Full Moon at Washington, DC has Venus in the 1st house, and the Sun in the 1st house opposite the Moon and Jupiter in the 7th house, square Neptune in the 10th house. Neptune rules the 10th house in this chart. It represents the President. Afflicted, Neptune shows him to be like the blind leading the blind. Venus in the 1st house shows the public outlook. Venus is square Neptune and is opposite Jupiter. They can't see what he's doing. Or, peace at any price is a recipe for loss to come. The 2nd house-of-what's-coming-up has Mars conjunct Mercury opposite Saturn and Pluto. This is not good for the economy. The US is risking losses, which all hangs from Neptune in the 10th house. By mundane astrology, this is considered an evil influence. It shows agitation against the President, and a possible scandal in the highest branch of Government (Neptune is the ruler of the 10th house, meaning the President and his inner circle). Where does this agitation come from? From Venus and the Sun in the 1st house, meaning from the people in general; the country is clearly divided. And from Jupiter and the Moon in the 7th house, meaning foreign powers with whom the US has and had trade relations, meaning a loss of trust. Jupiter is retrograde, and rules the 7th and 8th houses. This shows that the matter of foreign trade is not resolved.

The Full Moon at Beijing, China has Jupiter and the Moon in the 2nd house opposite the Sun in the 8th house. China is looking at their financial picture and future outlook with optimism. Saturn and Pluto are in the 2nd house straddling the 3rd and opposite the North Lunar Node, Mercury, and Mars in the 8th house. They are very cautious, but will cut their losses if need be. Neptune is in the 4th house. Neptune acts like the hinge for this Full Moon. Neptune in the 4th house is farmers. People in the land, also the fishing rights. The South China Sea is over fished. Venus is in the 7th house and rules the 7th house. China has good foreign relations, wants peace and prosperity in foreign trade but faces some unpleasant episodes.

Since this is so close to the Summer Solstice (June 21), the charts for the Summer Solstice will show how conditions unfold for the 3rd quarter.

New Moon in June

The New Moon comes on June 3rd at 11:03 AM GMD.

The Sun and Moon are at 12:34 Gemini, conjunct the star Rigel, bringing vexation, anxiety, anger, and gains, especially where it appear in the angles of the chart, such as in Britain and Europe, (where it is in the 10th house), and China (where it is in the 7th house).
I have made charts for the UK, US, and China.

The Sun and Moon are in T-square with Neptune at 18:38 Pisces, and opposition Jupiter at 20:24 Sagittarius indicating that this is not an easy period; confusion, deception, loss through untrustworthy or unscrupulous persons are seen on the one hand; and over-optimism, poor judgment, poor timing, waiting too long to take action, and unfavorable publicity are seen on the other.
The Sun and Moon are in the Venus decanate of Gemini. Venus at 23:07 Taurus. The aspects of Venus mitigate the difficulties listed above. Venus is sextile Neptune showing help from association with benevolent people or agencies, lucky breaks, hidden sources, and from spiritual channels; removals and new contacts, success with the public, honors, and esteem, and gain through peaceful means. This is also good for artistic activity.
Venus is also trine Pluto at 22:47 Capricorn, and Saturn at 19:36 Capricorn. This is good for contacts with foreigners or members of international groups but from a detached position, and is good for discarding non-essentials and planning for the future, gaining through trade, real-estate holdings, also gaining through tact, cautious diplomacy and patient waiting.

The conjunction of Saturn and Pluto at 19:36 Capricorn and 22:47 Capricorn, respectively, is a long and major event in the heavens that will effectively cause a reorganization world-wide business and industry through much push and pull from both the political right and the left. We all are in a very significant phase of development, which is only in preparation for what is to come.
The current positions of Saturn and Pluto are retrograde, signifying, at this time, a temporary pulling back, retreating, rethinking and reorganizing in the greater process of inevitable world-wide transformation of business and trade. Saturn turns direct in late September and Pluto turns direct in early October, bringing us a step forward in a slightly altered direction. Saturn leaves Capricorn in July, 2020.
Jupiter (currently at 20:24 Sagittarius) enters Capricorn in December, 2019, and comes within orb of conjunction the transformative Pluto by March, 2020, will be in orb of conjunction Pluto until mid December, 2020, so much of the year 2020 will be about changes and transformations, especially of thinking.
And then there is the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius at 00:27 happening on  December 21, 2020, at the Winter Solstice! The last time of the Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn was in May 31, 2000. It was in Taurus. It times major developments in business and finances in the world.
The Great Conjunction in 2020 is also significant: there is the famous Curse of Tecumsah, which began in 1840, of the death in office of the President of the US who is elected in years that are evenly divisable by 20, from William Henry Harrison through John F. Kenndy. Ronald Reagan was elected in 1980 and was wounded by gunshot, but survived. 2020 is one such year. It may have passed, but is still possible.

The chart of the UK and Europe has the Sun, Moon, and Venus in the 10th house showing a new beginning in the Government. Saturn and Pluto are in the 5th house of foreign diplomats. With Saturn  Retrograde, conjunct the South Node and the conjunction closing, there will be some nasty repercussions in Bruxelles. Mars is in opposition to Saturn and Pluto from the 11th house, this involves Parliament.  Neptune is in the 8th house of money owed. Parliament is shown to be in great turmoil. Bruxelles makes ridiculous claims. Venus in Taurus in the 10th house very much favors a woman at the head of Government, or in a very high position.

The chart for Washington DC the Sun, Moon, Venus, and Uranus are in the 12th house. The Sun and Moon are rising just above the ASC (16:13 Gemini). Rigel is conjuct the ASC. Mars is rising in the 2nd house, in opposition to Saturn and Pluto in the 8th. This is not a good position for money. Mars is in Cancer, his sign of fall. There will be losses in the stock market. Mars also means trouble is coming up. Saturn rules foreign trade in this chart. The situation is dire. Not only is Saturn opposite Mars, it is also conjunct the Lunar South Node. Saturn is closing conjunction with the South Node, showing more (alarming) trouble to come especially with respect to foreign trade.
Jupiter is in the 7th house square Neptune in the 10th house, square the ASC. There is confusion between the President and foreign powers. At this point, the US has lost their trust. Afflicted Neptune in the 10th house puts the president in a bad and distorted light.

The chart for Beijing the Sun and Moon are in the 7th house-of-foreign-relations. Venus is in the 6th house favoring the lower classes. China is contuining to pay a lot of attention to those living in poverty. Within the past 19 years, since 2000, it has successfully brought the entire country into a middle class economy.  The country continues to grow. Remember, 2000 marked the last Great Conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter.
Uranus is in also in the 6th house. Uranus has no afflictions, and is sextile Mars, showing advances in technological directions, particularly in the military.
Jupiter is rising in the 1st house. There is an optimistic feeling among the people, but Jupiter is in opposition to the Sun and Moon, and is square Neptune in the 4th house showing concern over this trade war mess with the US, and over fishing. Neptune is in Pisces in the 4th house. This could bring out conflict with the Philippines. There is some dispute over fishing in in the South China Sea. Saturn and Pluto are in the 2nd house opposite Mars in the 8th and trine Venus in the 6th. The ruler of the 2nd is Jupiter. There is no small degree of concern over the finances of the country at this time.
