Lunar Eclipse 7/16/2019

The lunar eclipse comes at 10:32 PM GMD, or 5:32 PM EDT.

It has Moon conjunction Pluto and Saturn with the South Lunar Node. The Eclipse Moon is opposite Sun and Venus with the North Lunar Node. This brings great tension to the world.
Moon conjunct Pluto with Pluto in opposition to the Sun signals a complicated period with lots of confusion, eccentric behavior in political circles, plenty of dealings with the police, underworld figures and street gangs. Venus is exactly in opposition with Saturn, terrible for Venus, signaling waste, dissipation, carelessness, sickness, and losses.
Mercury is retrograde in Leo conjunct Mars in Leo and square Uranus in Taurus. This causes sharp words, much mental stress and confusion.
Where the lunar eclipse is visible, the effects are stronger. Where it is not visible it registers as a strong lunation.
It's effects will last over the next 3 months.

A lunar eclipse in the 3rd decanate of Capricorn (24:01 Capricorn) is said to bring the death of some king, or head of state, and sedition.
Countries corresponding to Capricorn include India, Afghanistan, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia, Greece, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Mexico, and the city of Brussels.
The eclipse is visible though Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and India, but extends from South America to New Zealand. It is a partial eclipse.

The eclipse chart for Washington DC has the eclipse Moon, Pluto and Saturn in the 2nd house opposite Venus, Sun, Mercury, and Mars in the 8th house, square Uranus in the 5th house. This shows  dangers of a serious loss of money and a fall in the markets within 3 or 4 months. With Uranus in the 5th house, this could be sudden and sharp. Nonetheless, Jupiter is in the 1st house conjunct the Ascendant (Jupiter 15:30 Sagittarius, and the Ascendant 12:32 Sagittarius) showing the public outlook optimistic and resilient. Neptune is in the 3rd house at 18:33 Pisces, showing the media lying to and misleading the people. Neptune is square Jupiter, and confirms that.
Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, and Neptune are all retrograde, and rising on the east side of the chart. This could delay the effects, and cause them to repeat.

Solar Eclipse 7/2/19

The Solar eclipse happened at 8:23 PM GMD. It was directly over Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. It is possible that an earthquake in that region will follow. There is a transit of Venus to the eclipse degree (10 degrees Cancer) on the 11th and 12th of July for a possible repercussion. The Moon also passes square the eclipse on the 8th of July (when Mercury turns Retrograde), and opposition the eclipse on the 15th of July for possible timings of repercussions as well. In other areas of the world, the eclipse, not being visible, acts mainly as a strong lunation.

A solar eclipse in the 2nd decanate of Cancer is associated with the drying up of rivers, and social unrest.
Countries and areas under Cancer include Scotland, Holland, north and west Africa, and Paraguay; cities include Tunis, Algiers, Amsterdam, Venice, Milan, New York, Manchester, Stockholm, Constantinople, and Genoa where effects may be felt.

The eclipse is in opposition to Saturn and sextile to Uranus. It gives the feeling of intolerance of restraints.

Mercury is conjunct Mars square Uranus. There will be loud arguing and danger of fighting. Mercury turns retrograde on the 8th of July exactly in conjunction with Mars. The week of the 5th - 12th of July looks particularly tense.

The eclipse chart for Washington, DC, has the eclipse plus Mars and Mercury all in the 9th house. It continues the troubles over foreign affairs, and restrictions over trade and commerce. Saturn is in the 3rd house, restricting communication with that foreign power, Iran. Uranus is exactly on the 7th house cusp bring unexpected complications to foreign affairs. Uranus is exactly opposite the Part of Fortune, or Lunar Ascendant,  causing extreme attenuation of ties and communication. I believe this is speaking about Iran.
Meanwhile, Jupiter is in the 2nd house square Neptune in the 5th. The market will go up, but the square to Neptune warns of over expansion.

The eclipse chart for Teheran, Iran has the eclipse in the 4th house, Mars and Mercury in the 5th house, and Saturn in the 11th house. This is a bad sign for agriculture in that land. Saturn in the 11th house causes difficulties to the government including dissensions, and possible party splits. Uranus is in the 2nd house. This brings unexpected losses. Mars and Mercury in the 5th house bring violent crimes against women.

Summer Solstice

The Summer Solstice came at 4:55 PM GMD.

The Sun is at 00:00 Cancer, the Moon is at 19:02 Aquarius, sesquisquare the Sun, denoting dangers of losses especially in financial speculations, and/or tensions and dangers of breaks in areas of diplomatic relations during the course of the summer.
Saturn is retrograde at 18:31 Capricorn conjunct the South Lunar Node at 18:29 Capricorn and Pluto retrograde at 22:26 Capricorn. And these are opposite Mars at 23:26 Cancer and Mercury (in the dark, and prone to impulsive moves, or leaping before he looks, as he is rises after the Sun) at 25:00 Cancer. There is a continuation of threatening gestures and bravado, while big businesses behind the scenes are playing their cards close to the chest, being backward about being forward, or keeping their intentions secret. What appears in the news may only be half true, and a distraction.
Jupiter at 18:06 Sagittarius is opposite Venus at 15:22 Gemini and square Neptune at 18:43 Pisces. This is a T-square of Jupiter, Venus, and Neptune. And Uranus at 5:34 Taurus is sesquisquare Jupiter, and semisquare Venus and Neptune. Moon, however, is trine Venus and sextile Jupiter. While it spells over expansion. It also spells optimism. The part of wisdom advises being cautiously optimistic.

The chart for at Greenwich UK has Jupiter retrograde in the 2nd house, opposite Venus in the 8th, and square Neptune in the 4th. And Uranus is in the 6th house. Optimism will push up the markets this summer.
Saturn, Pluto, and Moon are in the 3rd house, opposite Mars, and Mercury in the 9th house. And Moon sesquisquare Sun, showing a lot of arguing and nervousness between UK and Bruxelles over debts. But Moon sextile Jupiter in the 2nd house and trine Venus in the 8th house is very good for financial growth.

The chart for Washington DC has Jupiter in the 4th opposite Venus in the 10th, square Neptune in the 7th, and Uranus in the 8th. The Sun is also in the 10th. There will not be a war with Iran, although the chart shows that there is treachery with danger of secret attacks on the part of foreign powers.
Venus in the 10th house afflicted, warns of scandals in the highest circle, but Gemini Venus trine Aquarian Moon is very lighthearted.
Venus rules the 2nd and 9th houses. That spells money from foreign trade, possibly with China; that may be a possibility.
The Sun in the 10th house, is favorable to the President, but, afflicted by the Moon, shows difficulties that he will have with the Government.
Jupiter in the 4th house afflicted affects the land from all the storms. This might not be so good for crops. But Jupiter is also sextile the Moon. This mitigates the problems to a large degree.
Venus rules the 2nd house in this chart. Because Venus is in Gemini, the 2nd house is in Libra, and because of the afflicted aspects on the one hand and the trine from the Moon on the other, it means that the market could be quite skittish this summer.
Saturn and Pluto are in the 5th house opposite Mars and Mercury in the 11th house. Mercury rules the Asc. meaning the people are angry, and the country is divided.
Mercury and Mars in the 11th house shows Congress in turmoil. Mercury also rules the 10th of the President. In opposition to Saturn and Pluto in the 5th house, it shows the President in strained relations with foreign diplomats.

The chart for Beijing, China has Jupiter in the 9th house. Despite everything else, this is very good for improvements in foreign trade.
Neptune is rising above the Asc (21:00 Pisces). The people are unconcerned with the recent developments in Hong Kong.
The Moon in the 12th house, favorably aspecting Jupiter and Venus, shows continuing improvements to public institutions.
Uranus in the 2nd house sextile the Sun in the 4th house shows the unexpected losses and gains of money, but the Sun in the 4th house is very good for crops.

Full Moon in June

The Full Moon comes on June 17th at 9:32 AM, GMT.
It is at 25:53 Sagittarius, the Sun at 25:53 Gemini.

The Moon is separating from conjunction Jupiter 18:38 Sagittarius, and square Neptune 18:43 Pisces. This forms a T-square involving Sun, Moon, Jupiter, and Neptune. - It is over-expansive and prone to errors of judgement, can bring about losses by extravagance or waiting too long to take action, and disappointments, or dangers in travel, possibly including self-indulgence in foods which can lead to health problems, especially connected to the liver.
There is also a conjunction of Mars 20:41 Cancer, Mercury 19:52 Cancer, and North Lunar Node 18:43 Cancer in opposition to Saturn 18:48 Capricorn conjunction Pluto 22:31 Capricorn.  - This brings about sharp disagreements, anger, and conflict. - Mars, Mercury, Saturn, and Pluto are all in good aspect with Neptune who is also in T-square with Sun, Moon, and Jupiter. So, Neptune acts like a hinge. Venus 10:06 Gemini is also in wide square with Neptune. - All this spells restlessness, argumentativeness, confusion, indecision, and wild speculation in the world. Four planets are in Cardinal signs, five planets are in mutable signs, and one planet, Uranus, is in a fixed sign (Taurus). Uranus is sequisquare Jupiter and semisquare Neptune, adding to the possibilities of losses.
The world situation is very unstable at this time.

The Full Moon chart at Greenwich, England  has the North Lunar Node, Mercury, and Mars in the 11th house, opposite Saturn and Pluto in the 5th and 6th houses. The Sun is also in the 11th house opposite the Moon, and Jupiter in the 5th house, square Neptune in the 8th house, -  showing rancourous arguing in Parliament, the issue of money seemingly owed the EU for Brexit the prime issue. Neptune won't help resolve it, but is apt to confuse it for the time being.
Venus is in the 10th house, square Neptune, and opposite Jupiter; and Uranus is conjunct the 10th house cusp, semisquare Neptune and sesquisquare Jupiter,  - to further upset the already upset apple cart. Venus represents a woman, or women (being in Gemini) cannot help the situation.

The Full Moon at Washington, DC has Venus in the 1st house, and the Sun in the 1st house opposite the Moon and Jupiter in the 7th house, square Neptune in the 10th house. Neptune rules the 10th house in this chart. It represents the President. Afflicted, Neptune shows him to be like the blind leading the blind. Venus in the 1st house shows the public outlook. Venus is square Neptune and is opposite Jupiter. They can't see what he's doing. Or, peace at any price is a recipe for loss to come. The 2nd house-of-what's-coming-up has Mars conjunct Mercury opposite Saturn and Pluto. This is not good for the economy. The US is risking losses, which all hangs from Neptune in the 10th house. By mundane astrology, this is considered an evil influence. It shows agitation against the President, and a possible scandal in the highest branch of Government (Neptune is the ruler of the 10th house, meaning the President and his inner circle). Where does this agitation come from? From Venus and the Sun in the 1st house, meaning from the people in general; the country is clearly divided. And from Jupiter and the Moon in the 7th house, meaning foreign powers with whom the US has and had trade relations, meaning a loss of trust. Jupiter is retrograde, and rules the 7th and 8th houses. This shows that the matter of foreign trade is not resolved.

The Full Moon at Beijing, China has Jupiter and the Moon in the 2nd house opposite the Sun in the 8th house. China is looking at their financial picture and future outlook with optimism. Saturn and Pluto are in the 2nd house straddling the 3rd and opposite the North Lunar Node, Mercury, and Mars in the 8th house. They are very cautious, but will cut their losses if need be. Neptune is in the 4th house. Neptune acts like the hinge for this Full Moon. Neptune in the 4th house is farmers. People in the land, also the fishing rights. The South China Sea is over fished. Venus is in the 7th house and rules the 7th house. China has good foreign relations, wants peace and prosperity in foreign trade but faces some unpleasant episodes.

Since this is so close to the Summer Solstice (June 21), the charts for the Summer Solstice will show how conditions unfold for the 3rd quarter.

New Moon in June

The New Moon comes on June 3rd at 11:03 AM GMD.

The Sun and Moon are at 12:34 Gemini, conjunct the star Rigel, bringing vexation, anxiety, anger, and gains, especially where it appear in the angles of the chart, such as in Britain and Europe, (where it is in the 10th house), and China (where it is in the 7th house).
I have made charts for the UK, US, and China.

The Sun and Moon are in T-square with Neptune at 18:38 Pisces, and opposition Jupiter at 20:24 Sagittarius indicating that this is not an easy period; confusion, deception, loss through untrustworthy or unscrupulous persons are seen on the one hand; and over-optimism, poor judgment, poor timing, waiting too long to take action, and unfavorable publicity are seen on the other.
The Sun and Moon are in the Venus decanate of Gemini. Venus at 23:07 Taurus. The aspects of Venus mitigate the difficulties listed above. Venus is sextile Neptune showing help from association with benevolent people or agencies, lucky breaks, hidden sources, and from spiritual channels; removals and new contacts, success with the public, honors, and esteem, and gain through peaceful means. This is also good for artistic activity.
Venus is also trine Pluto at 22:47 Capricorn, and Saturn at 19:36 Capricorn. This is good for contacts with foreigners or members of international groups but from a detached position, and is good for discarding non-essentials and planning for the future, gaining through trade, real-estate holdings, also gaining through tact, cautious diplomacy and patient waiting.

The conjunction of Saturn and Pluto at 19:36 Capricorn and 22:47 Capricorn, respectively, is a long and major event in the heavens that will effectively cause a reorganization world-wide business and industry through much push and pull from both the political right and the left. We all are in a very significant phase of development, which is only in preparation for what is to come.
The current positions of Saturn and Pluto are retrograde, signifying, at this time, a temporary pulling back, retreating, rethinking and reorganizing in the greater process of inevitable world-wide transformation of business and trade. Saturn turns direct in late September and Pluto turns direct in early October, bringing us a step forward in a slightly altered direction. Saturn leaves Capricorn in July, 2020.
Jupiter (currently at 20:24 Sagittarius) enters Capricorn in December, 2019, and comes within orb of conjunction the transformative Pluto by March, 2020, will be in orb of conjunction Pluto until mid December, 2020, so much of the year 2020 will be about changes and transformations, especially of thinking.
And then there is the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius at 00:27 happening on  December 21, 2020, at the Winter Solstice! The last time of the Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn was in May 31, 2000. It was in Taurus. It times major developments in business and finances in the world.
The Great Conjunction in 2020 is also significant: there is the famous Curse of Tecumsah, which began in 1840, of the death in office of the President of the US who is elected in years that are evenly divisable by 20, from William Henry Harrison through John F. Kenndy. Ronald Reagan was elected in 1980 and was wounded by gunshot, but survived. 2020 is one such year. It may have passed, but is still possible.

The chart of the UK and Europe has the Sun, Moon, and Venus in the 10th house showing a new beginning in the Government. Saturn and Pluto are in the 5th house of foreign diplomats. With Saturn  Retrograde, conjunct the South Node and the conjunction closing, there will be some nasty repercussions in Bruxelles. Mars is in opposition to Saturn and Pluto from the 11th house, this involves Parliament.  Neptune is in the 8th house of money owed. Parliament is shown to be in great turmoil. Bruxelles makes ridiculous claims. Venus in Taurus in the 10th house very much favors a woman at the head of Government, or in a very high position.

The chart for Washington DC the Sun, Moon, Venus, and Uranus are in the 12th house. The Sun and Moon are rising just above the ASC (16:13 Gemini). Rigel is conjuct the ASC. Mars is rising in the 2nd house, in opposition to Saturn and Pluto in the 8th. This is not a good position for money. Mars is in Cancer, his sign of fall. There will be losses in the stock market. Mars also means trouble is coming up. Saturn rules foreign trade in this chart. The situation is dire. Not only is Saturn opposite Mars, it is also conjunct the Lunar South Node. Saturn is closing conjunction with the South Node, showing more (alarming) trouble to come especially with respect to foreign trade.
Jupiter is in the 7th house square Neptune in the 10th house, square the ASC. There is confusion between the President and foreign powers. At this point, the US has lost their trust. Afflicted Neptune in the 10th house puts the president in a bad and distorted light.

The chart for Beijing the Sun and Moon are in the 7th house-of-foreign-relations. Venus is in the 6th house favoring the lower classes. China is contuining to pay a lot of attention to those living in poverty. Within the past 19 years, since 2000, it has successfully brought the entire country into a middle class economy.  The country continues to grow. Remember, 2000 marked the last Great Conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter.
Uranus is in also in the 6th house. Uranus has no afflictions, and is sextile Mars, showing advances in technological directions, particularly in the military.
Jupiter is rising in the 1st house. There is an optimistic feeling among the people, but Jupiter is in opposition to the Sun and Moon, and is square Neptune in the 4th house showing concern over this trade war mess with the US, and over fishing. Neptune is in Pisces in the 4th house. This could bring out conflict with the Philippines. There is some dispute over fishing in in the South China Sea. Saturn and Pluto are in the 2nd house opposite Mars in the 8th and trine Venus in the 6th. The ruler of the 2nd is Jupiter. There is no small degree of concern over the finances of the country at this time.

Full Moon 5/18/19

The full moon came at 5/12 EDT

Moon at 27:38 Scorpio is in opposition Mercury at 24:24 Taurus. Mercury is combust the Sun. This is an indication of mental strain affecting the entire political world at this time.

Moon is also sextile Saturn Rx conjunct Pluto Rx denoting rethinking. Saturn is conjunct the South Lunar Node, exact to the minute, in two days. There will be expected negative consequences, potentially disasterous consequences, or backfiring.
The Moon is in mutual reception with Mars. This gives the Moon a second reading. Mutual reception Moon is opposite Saturn-Pluto. This will bring losses and bad publicity.
Mars at 1:47 Cancer is the dispositor of the Moon. Mutual reception Mars is at 1:47 Scorpio opposite Uranus and Venus, bring vexatious emergencies, possible accident or disaster from an unexpected source, unfortunate changes, errors of judgment, and carelessness leading to waste, also trouble with partners. In other words, trouble comes as a result of trying to get around trouble.

The chart for Washington DC has the Sun and Mercury in the 8th house opposite the Moon in the 2nd house, bringing difficulties to financial areas. The Moon is trine to Neptune in the 5th house giving a sense of false optimism to financial speculation. Mars is in the 9th house showing trouble in areas of foreign trade. Saturn and Pluto are in the 3rd house of transportation and the press, giving the potential of a major accident and harsh criticism from the media. The mood is argumentative.
Venus and Uranus are in the 7th house bring trouble to foreign affairs, producing awkward and unexpected complications.

The chart for China has the Sun and Mercury rising in the 12th house opposite the Moon in the 6th. The Sun is 27:39 degrees Taurus and the ASC is 00:53 degrees Gemini. Mercury is in the 12th house combust the Sun. China is biding time, not making any decisions, watching and waiting, The positions of the Sun and Moon, however, can disturb affairs related to the military and the workers. Saturn and Pluto are in the 9th house - of foreign trade - it is bad for shipping. Saturn may bring disasters to vessels, collisions with losses and deaths. Mutual reception Moon in the 3rd house opposite Saturn warns about the same. Mars is in the 2nd house. There is anticipated trouble in the financial sector, including banks, and the stock market - which could fall for a while. Mutual reception Mars is in the 6th house - of workers. But for the past year, as a result of this trade war, corporations have been employing fewer people, and giving those working longer hours. Nonetheless, Mars in the 2nd house shows a very sanguine spirit to the future development of China. Jupiter is in the 7th house. China isn't interested in conflicts. Jupiter is favorable for foreign relations. China has plenty of irons in the fire.

The ASC of the chart for Washington is at 21:55 Libra (exact conjunction with Spica giving good fortune and honor which may help to ameliorate the more untoward readings). The ASC of China is at 00:53 Gemini. These two signs show the matter changing fairly quickly, over three months at most. There are also two eclipses coming up in July which will change the matter, as it now stands.

The Chart for Paris has the Sun and Mercury in the 5th house, and the Moon in the 11th. Jupiter is in the 1st conjunct the ASC. Jupiter is 22:12 Sagittarius, and the ASC is 18:26 Sagittarius.
Saturn and Pluto are also in the 1st house close to the 2nd house cusp, showing the upset that lies ahead. On the 10th house is Virgo, and on the 4th house is Pisces. The 10th house rules the incumbent and the 4th house rules the opposition. The ruler of the 10th house is Mercury, and the ruler of the 4th is Neptune and Jupiter. Mercury, the incumbent, combust the Sun and opposite the Moon, is weak. Neptune, the opposition, in the 4th house and trine the Moon, is strong. The ASC also is conjunct Jupiter. Jupiter is Rx. The same sign (Sagitarius) is on the 12th house and the 1st, tying the past to the present. Marine Le Pen has tried before, and it looks like more people are for her now. It is probable that she will win the election later this month.
Mars is in the 7th house. There will be a big uproar in Bruxelles. Conflict cannot be avoided. Mutual reception Mars puts him in the 10th house in opposition to Uranus and Venus in the 4th. And mutual reception Moon puts her exactly in the 8th (the Moon is 27:38 Scorpio and the 8th cusp is 27:28 Cancer) opposite Saturn conjunct the Lunar South Node. Saturn rules the 2nd house-of-what-is-coming-up, meaning the future. This election threatens the stability of the EU. It will precipitate, among other things, Brexit.

New Moon, May 4, 2019

The New Moon came on May 4th at 11:47 PM GMD, and 6:47 PM EDT in Washington DC.

This new Moon is at 14 degrees Taurus, points out, among other things, finances. They are crucial. 14:11 Taurus is square it's solstice point in Leo. The financial state of the world is crucial and plays an important part in whatever is happening.
In this chart Jupiter is in opposition to Mars, and trine to Mercury and Venus.
Jupiter opposite Mars is also square Neptune.
Saturn and Pluto are conjunct the lunar South Node.
This is a very bad chart.

The chart for UK has Jupiter conjunct the ASC at 22 Degrees Sagittarius, opposite Mars at 22 degrees Gemini. The people are enraged. A wave of rage is over Europe. There is a lot of conflict. The elections in France are coming this month.
The opposition of Jupiter and Mars is partially mitigated by Venus in the 3rd house and Mercury in the 4th. It would seem that the media is distracting the people. Neptune, ruling the 3rd house, is square Jupiter and Mars. Not only is the media distracting the people, it is engaged in lying to the people as well. Venus who rules the 10th house represents Teresa May. Venus is in the sign of her detriment, and will fail in her attempts to compromise the situation. She is trying to appease the people and failing. With Mars in the 7th opposite Jupiter and the ASC, the country is in danger of armed conflict. Mars in the 7th house shows international interference in the matter as well. Mercury is in the 4th house and rules the 7th. In sextile with Mars and trine Jupiter, it must arrive at a solution, but Mercury is square Saturn and Pluto, this is very troublesome. Teresa May must leave if there is to be an end to all this trouble.
Saturn and Pluto are in the 1st house conjunct the South Lunar Node. This shows the people very fearful. They are without leadership.
Parliament is ruled in this chart by Mars. Mars is in opposition with Jupiter, showing opposition of the people. The will of the people is at odds with Parliament. Mars is also square Neptune showing the violence could easily get out of hand. The Parliament is in crisis.
Saturn in the 1st house conjunct the South Node is extremely afflicted and will work much evil. Ruling the 2nd house, it affects the banks, the stock market and the money in general; square Venus, it is fatal for Teresa May; Square Mercury, ruler of the 10th house, it adversely affects even the queen, as well as people in high places in Britain. Neptune is also in the 2nd house adversely affecting the finances.
These aspects will have a deep effect on the EU as well.
Teresa May will leave in disgrace.

In Washington DC, the picture is somewhat different. The New Moon is in the 7th house, definitely beginning a new phase in international trade relations that directly involve the President. Finances are of primary interest.
Jupiter is in the 2nd house opposite Mars who rules the 2nd house. This indicates possible losses of money. The stock market will be erratic. Jupiter in the 2nd house is opposite Mars in the 8th, and both are square Neptune in the 5th, putting big stress on the market.
Saturn and Pluto are in the 3rd house, conjunct the South Node and square Venus and Mercury in the 6th. This means that there could be railroad accidents and/or an unsatisfactory condition in trade. Venus and Mercury in the 6th house show some trouble and increasing crime in lower circles.
The ASC is at 29:56 degrees Libra. The outlook tends to be anxious. The people are at the edge of their seats. The main tensions are in the 2nd, 8th, and 5th houses, and in the 3rd and 6th houses, so this is internal rather than external. The people want more money, and they want work to move forward. If the markets are adversely affected, frustrations will run high.

New Moon, April 2019

The New Moon came on April 5th at 4:52 AM EDT in Washington, DC.

The Sun and Moon were at 15 degrees Aries, in the 2nd house in Washington, applying square to Pluto and Saturn in the 11th house, and trine Jupiter in the 10th, showing new developments coming in the area of finance, with no cooperation and obstruction from congress, but the President gets his way in spite of it.
With Uranus, also in the 2nd house and ruling the 1st house, it appears probable that the market will continue to go up although erratically. Uranus is semisquare Neptune and Mercury: the market will be erratic.
The Sun and Moon rule the 7th and 5th houses, showing that foreign trade and diplomatic relations are involved in the new developments mentioned above. The Sun and Moon trine to Jupiter, with Jupiter in and ruling the 10th house, is a good omen for the President.
Mercury is coruler of the 7th house, [Virgo is intercepted in the 7th]. Mercury is in the 1st house conjunct Neptune. [Neptune is coruler of the 1st house]. Mercury is applying to sextile Pluto and Saturn, and square Jupiter. Venus is applying to conjunction Neptune. Both Mercury and Venus are applying to sextile Pluto and Saturn. This shows diplomatic affairs this month running into complications, amd requiring more time to sort out.
Mars, ruler of the 2nd house and 9th house, is in the 3rd. Mars is semisquare Sun and Moon, and sesquisquare Saturn. Talks involving finance, foreign trade, and involving the congress will not go much beyond bickering. Ruling the 2nd house-of-the-future-outlook, Mars shows where the future is shaping up.

This is the 1st day of the 3rd month of the Chinese calendar. The signs of this month are Earth Dragon. The signs of the year are Earth Pig. It is grounded and productive. In the Na Yin method, both Earth Dragon and Earth Pig are Wood, making this a potentially very good, productive month. The two fortnight periods of this month are Clear and Bright, and Grain Rain. The month is also under the star of 9 Fire. It can bring about unexpected, surprising changes.

Spring Equinox, March 20, 2019

The equinox came on March 20th at 6:00 PM, EDT, at Washington DC.

The Sun was at 00:00 Aries in the 7th house. In the 7th house were also Mercury Rx at 18:59 Pisces, and Neptune at 16:41 Pisces. The Sun in the 7th house throws major emphasis on international affairs especially for 6 months; the ASC is 14:46 Virgo, to tell us that the effects of this equinox will last 6 months.

The equinox Sun is opposite Moon at 27:49 Virgo in the 1st house. This means that international affairs for the United States are reaching a culmination and a turning point.

Mercury, [ruler of the 10th house and 1st house, Rx in the 7th house, opposite the ASC], shows that the United States is very flexible, does not have a definite position, and will likely back down, and give in, from its prior position in matters of international trade, especially with China; meaning the trade war is not doing anyone any good, and calls for several new deals.
Venus [at 22:55 Aquarius in the 6th house] is square Mars [at 23:08 Taurus in the 9th house]. and Mars is sextile Mercury in Pisces, showing disputes in international trade.
Mercury, the equinox Sun, and the Moon are also square Jupiter [at 23:41 Sagittarius] in the 4th house. This forms a T-Square, it endangers matters of agriculture, and requires timely, executive actions.
Jupiter is quincunx Mars in the 9th house showing adjustments in trade that must be made. Jupiter is also sextile Venus in the 6th house which will improve the condition of farmers.

Neptune, the ruler of the 7th house, in the 7th house, conjunct retrograde Mercury is very unclear, and shows the condition of international negotiations. The situation appears to be extremely complex and will take time to iron out.

The Moon in the 1st house shows the people very active. The Moon is in grand trine with Saturn and Pluto in the 5th house, and with Mars in the 9th house. The people are concerned with practical matters. Every day business appears to be good.

Venus rules the 2nd house. Venus is in the 6th house, square Mars and sextile Jupiter. Employment looks good. People will be spending a lot. The general attitude is optimistic.

Saturn and Pluto in the 5th house with Saturn ruling the 5th house, Saturn and Pluto trine Mars shows matters connected to theater, and speculation very strong.

Uranus at 00:42 Taurus in the 8th house, suggests new developments coming that will revolutionize commerce.

Mars in the 9th house alerts us to the possibility of a catastrophe happening somewhere in the country, possibly in the southeast (Taurus = S-by-E) in the time period shown in this chart.

New Moon of March 6, 2019

The new moon comes on March 6th at 11:05 AM EST. Sun and Moon are at 15 degrees Pisces, conjunct Neptune at 16 degrees Pisces, (intercepted in NYC) in the 10th house, and square Jupiter in the 6th house. This is a remarkable configuration, denoting waves of anxiety, and confusion related to matters in Government. Sun rules the 3rd house ruling the media.
Mercury, ruler of the Ascendent in Gemini, has just turned retrograde at 29 degrees Pisces in the 10th house, also square Jupiter in the 6th confirming the confusion that will happen. Also Mercury turning retrograde just before going into Aries, says this is nothing new.
What IS new, however, is Uranus just entered Taurus. Uranus will be in Taurus until May, 2026. The last time it was in Taurus was from July, 1934 to May 1942, a period of rising totalitarianism and outbreak of World War II. Uranus in Taurus could also bring about large scale economic reforms.
It is interesting to note the situation in Britain at this juncture of confusion and hesitation.
Financially, for the east coast, because Moon is the ruler of the 2nd house, this month will bring several changes. For two weeks, at least until the full moon, the watchword will be caution. Big expectations could backfire, although there is reason for hope nonetheless.
This new moon marks the 2nd Chinese month, the month of Fire Rabbit. Seen against the year sign, Earth Pig, this month is good, and productive. This will be a good month to get work done.
