The Lunar Eclipse of 7/27/18
The lunar eclipse happened at 9:22 PM GMD in Greenwich, UK.
I have made charts for UK and EU, Iran, Israel, essentially the entire Middle East, where the eclipse was at the zenith and of major interest. Beijing, China, where the eclipse was in the 7th house, and Washington DC.
The eclipse was visible across Europe and Asia primarily. It was at 4:45 Aquarius. Traditionally, a lunar eclipse in the 1st decanate of Aquarius means the sickness of a king. It can be taken to mean that heads of state are very troubled now.
There is a lot of anger in this eclipse.
Parts of the world affected by this eclipse in Aquarius include northwest Arabia, Germany - namely Prussia and Westphalia, Russia, Poland, Sweden, Central Asia (Tartary) around the Ural Mountains and Caspian sea, Lithuana, Northwest Italy, and Ethiopia. Also the cities Bremen and Hamburg in Germany. The areas in the US that could be affected include Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. These areas are particularly sensitive, as they are all under Aquarius.
This eclipse is not good. The affects can be disturbing and violent depending on where in the world you are, and if and how it aspects any of your personal planets.
The effects of a lunar eclipse can last several months intermittently.
The eclipse Moon is in conjunction with Mars (3:58 Aquarius Retrograde) and Mars and Moon are square Uranus (2:31 Taurus). Uranus is also the dispositor of the Moon and Mars. These form a T Square with Sun (4:45 Leo). This is extremely tense.
Saturn (3:47 Capricorn Retrograde) forms a trine aspect with Uranus. Political and economic affairs in the world are undergoing a difficult reorganization as shown by Saturn. Because Saturn is Retrograde, it won't be simple.
The eclipse shown in the area of Jerusalem and Tehran, is at the zenith. Extreme tension is shown in the region of Iran - Jerusalem. Mars, ruler of the 7th house, is conjunct the Midheaven and the eclipsed Moon. There will be angry words and threats coming from Iran. Mars retrograde in the 10th house, and Mercury is retrograde in the 4th house will probably not go to war. But if they don't, they will threaten it, and will engage in underground terrorist activity and subterfuge which could come out in Israel through Palestine. This region of the world is in seriously dangerous condition. There could also be a major earthquakes there, and in other areas.
The eclipse and Mars in the 10th house shows illness and possible death of the head of state, much trouble in the Government, and many difficulties for them to contend with. It also points to the danger of war. The entire region is in serious danger now.
The eclipse shown in Beijing is in the 7th house. With Mars there, square to Uranus in the 10th house, there will be international disputes, disagreement with other Powers, and unsatisfactory condition of foreign relations and danger of war, if it happened, coming from the west (not the US). Uranus in the 10th house, afflicted by Mars and the eclipse, shows unexpected developments in the Government. Mercury is retrograde in the 2nd house, showing a temporary backing off for self interests. The Sun, afflicted by opposition to the eclipse and Mars, shows problems arising in the national outlook, necessitating patience. China is faced with some problems affecting the health and with some discontentment of the workers.
The eclipse and Mars in UK and the EU is in the 12th house, Uranus in the 2nd showing a rise in crime, murders, violence, fires deliberately set, and generally unruly behavior. Mars rules the 9th house. The 9th house points to people from afar. The risk of terrorism is high. Uranus in the 2nd house shows unstable and distressing financial conditions. Saturn is in the 11th house, showing a tendency to party splits, and to needed changes in official circles. The Governments have many difficulties at this time.
The eclipse and Mars in Washington DC is in the 2nd house, square Uranus in the 5th. This is not good for the stock market, nor is it good for finances in general. Saturn is in the 1st house, ruling the 2nd. Much depends on the condition of trade. Losses of trade bring discontentment. However, Saturn can produce an attitude of seriousness and perseverance, but is not very good. This is especially significant for farmers. Uranus is in the 5th house. The 5th house deals with diplomacy or negotiating deals. Uranus there can change and adjust very suddenly.

Scorpio 2015 in astrology
The Sun entered Scorpio at 6:48 PM GMD on October 23. A chart made for the moment of the Sun's entry in that sign shows in general what to expect for the month ending on November 22.
The aspects to note are as follows. Moon is separating from conjunction with Neptune in Pisces, applying to opposition Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in Virgo. Moon is also applying to sextile Pluto in Capricorn. These aspects of the Moon point to an atmosphere of confusion, waste, violence, and upset.
Mars at 17 degrees Virgo is in a critical degree, denoting crisis. The Moon in opposition with Mars points to violent military and/or police activity. Mars in Virgo points to such countries Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Greece, Croatia, Kurdistan, Switzerland and to such cities as Jerusalem and Paris.
Moon's opposition Mars may signal upset in areas related to Pisces and Virgo, namely oil, things connected with water, the ocean, destructive storms; also foods, medicines, labor, services both military and civil. Moon's opposition Mars, especially coming from her conjunction with Neptune, points to unexpected terrorist acts.
A mitigating aspect is found in Venus, Jupiter, and Pluto trine Pluto, and the Moon sextile Pluto. Pluto is in Capricorn. This shows a trend through all the turmoil to come to order. The Sun is also trine to Neptune. This will help calm down the situation.
Mercury is applying to opposition Uranus. Through it all we can expect the situation to be spiked with vicious lies, accusations, and threats. This will not help calm the situation this month.
The majority of planets in mutable signs shows the situation unstable and complicated.
The charts for the UK and EU have Moon and Neptune in the 11th house in opposition to Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in the 5th house. There is considerable bickering and confusion in the respective Parliaments. The Sun is in the 6th house showing a general feeling of distress in Europe. Saturn is in the 7th house applying to square Neptune to intensify the confusion and fear developing with respect to the influx of migrants. Moon rules the 3rd house. In conjunction with Neptune this points to misleading reports from news media.
The chart for Jerusalem has Moon and Neptune in the 10th house opposite Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in the 4th house. Mercury is in the 5th house in opposition to Uranus in the 11th. There is sharp arguing going on in the Knesset. The Moon's opposition with the planets in Virgo show continuing turmoil in the land through the month. It's not going away so fast.
The chart for the US has the Moon in the 2nd house opposite Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in the 8th. Mercury is also in the 8th. The main concern is money. Losses are indicated. The market will be volatile.

The solar eclipse of September 13, 2015
The solar eclipse of September 13 occurred at 7:55 AM GMD. It was a partial eclipse at 20 degrees Virgo, and was visible from the area of South Africa down to Antarctica. The effects of a solar eclipse are periodic through at least one year, and can extend up to three. This eclipse will be followed by a total lunar eclipse on September 28 at 4 degrees Aries.
An eclipse over the ice shelf of Antarctica suggests that there could be a break in the ice affecting the ocean in the southern hemisphere this coming summer.
A traditional reading of a solar eclipse in the 3rd decanate of Virgo points to troubles and adversity, with possible imprisonment of artists and those who live by their wits, in other words, dissidents.
The eclipse is involved in very few aspects. It forms only one aspect: sextile Saturn at 29 degrees Scorpio. An eclipse in Virgo has to do with food, supplies, and medicine. It's aspect with Saturn, especially in Scorpio, suggests want. 29 degrees is at the end of its tether, and gives something to weep about, as it is opposite the Pleiades, aka The Weeping Sisters. This points to many people in desperate straights.
Countries and regions ruled by Virgo include Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Kurdistan, the Greek islands, the Balkans, Switzerland, and so on. Cities ruled by Virgo include Paris, Jerusalem, and others.
Toward and around this eclipse we see the migration for better or worse of people coming up into Europe from those parts of the world ruled by Virgo.
The eclipse, as seen in the charts for UK and EU, is in the 12th house. This points to a huge burden on welfare and a rise in criminal activity to be expected over the coming months. Mercury is in the 1st house, square to Pluto in the 4th house, and opposite Uranus in the 7th house. The people, especially, as seen in Greece and eastern Europe, are alarmed. Disturbing reports will come out later this and next week when Mercury turns retrograde and Pluto turns direct.
The eclipse, as seen in the chart for the US, is in the 2nd house. Jupiter is also in the 2nd house. While this should bring a boost to stock market economic activity, it is not entirely reliable, and warns of stock market losses as well. Jupiter is opposite Neptune in the 8th house. It points out deceptive conditions. And the eclipse is quincunx to Uranus. Uranus is retrograde in Aries in the 10th house of the NYSE. It warns of erratic conditions. On the other side of the world, in China, the eclipse happens in the 8th house. Mars and Jupiter are in the 8th house as well, and Jupiter is in opposition with Neptune in the 2nd house warning of losses. The Chinese chart is the mirror opposite of the US chart. Both US and Chinese charts interact. Chinese conditions affect American conditions, and vice versa. Neptune in opposition with Jupiter confuses matters in both places. Manipulating the markets is tricky business. Neptune in the 2nd house in the Chinese chart denotes unfortunate manipulation of the markets.
Speaking of finances, Switzerland, the land of banks, is indicated as affected by this eclipse in Virgo. Virgo also rules foods and medicines, in other words, Big Ag, and Big Pharma, and related companies. Watch banks, agricultural corporations, food commodities, and pharmaceutical corporations. Merck is a Swiss pharmaceutical company.
The eclipse, as seen in the chart for Iran, is in the 10th house. Jupiter is in the 10th house as well. Jupiter is in detriment in Virgo, so not as strong. An eclipse in the 10th house bodes ill for the Government. The traditional reading for this is disaster. Because the eclipse was not visible in Iran the reading must be modified. Nonetheless, it does not look sanguine for the Government of that country. Saturn is in the 1st house in this chart. Saturn at 29 degrees Scorpio in the 1st house is very evil. It shows distress and discontentment. Pluto is in the 2nd house. Poverty is in Iran. All the hatred the Government generates in the people is misdirection. It is how the Government distracts attention from itself. Saturn is in mutual reception with Pluto. Saturn and Pluto are in semi-square aspect. It says ways around the trouble generate different kinds of trouble, including underground activity, possibly drug trafficking. Mercury in the 11th house is square Pluto in the 2nd house and opposite Uranus in the 5th house. There is a great deal of economic disorder and theft.
The eclipse, as seen in the chart for Australia, is in the 7th house. Jupiter is in the 6th opposite Neptune in the 12th. The eclipse in the 7th house brings difficulties in foreign relations, or conflicts with foreigners living in Australia.

Fall equinox in astrology
Fall equinox arrived on September 22 at 9:45 PM GMD. It marks the mid-point of the astrological year.
The most outstanding aspect in the chart for the equinox is Saturn applying to exact conjunction with the north lunar node, Saturn at 9 degrees 9 minutes Scorpio and the north lunar node at 9 degrees 34 minutes Scorpio. This conjunction marks fatal events coming to the world. Searching the charts for the different places where this aspect is in an angle (the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10 house), it shows up in the 4th house in Pakistan. A huge earthquake happened there almost immediately after the equinox. Affecting the entire fall season, we may expect other violent events to happen because of this aspect. Areas in the world that resonate to Scorpio, the sign in which we find Saturn and the north lunar node, include Syria, Brazil, Norway, Catalonia, the Congo, Kenya, Turkey, Crete, Egypt, Greece, Iraq, western Alaska, the Hawaiian Islands, California, and such cities as Jerusalem, Baghdad, Washington D.C, Boston, New Orleans, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and so on.
In the chart made for the US, we find the conjunction of Saturn and the north lunar node in the 9th house. The 9th house points, in addition to the areas in the US listed above, to the Appalachian region, including southwestern New York state; most of western Pennsylvania; West Virginia; the southern half of Ohio; Kentucky; the eastern side of Tennessee; the northwest part of Georgia; and the northeast part of Alabama, including the city of Birmingham. Scorpio has correspondence to chemicals and ground water, as well as to atomic power. There is a lot of fracking in the Appalachian region. The Saturn conjunction with the north lunar node may also point to earthquakes. The Appalachian region and the far west are possible.
In addition to the Saturn conjunction with the north lunar node the chart has a T-square of the Moon in Taurus opposite Venus in Scorpio, and Venus and the Moon square Mars in Leo. In the chart for the US Mars is in the 7th house pointing to international disputes, bad foreign relations, and danger of war. Saturn in conjunction with the north lunar node in the 9th house points to serious difficulties in international trade relations.
We also find in this chart the Sun in Libra in a T-Square with Pluto in Capricorn and Uranus in Aries. In the chart for the US this T-square occurs with the Sun in the 8th house, Pluto in the 11th house, and Uranus in the 2nd house. It affects great difficulties in financial affairs and brings confusions to the activities of Congress influenced by underworld, or shady figures.
The charts made for the EU and the UK show the Saturn conjunction with the north lunar node in the 6th house, with Venus in the 6th house opposite the Moon in the 12th and Mars in the 4th, adversely affecting public services and arousing resentment amongst the people. The Sun is in the 5th house opposite Uranus in the 11th, and square Pluto in the 8th causing difficulties in diplomatic relations, especially over finances, while Jupiter in the 2nd house shows the bankers getting richer.

Winter Solstice 2012 in astrology
Winter solstice 2012 occurs on December 21 at 11:13 AM GMT. Short of the end of the world, it marks the 3rd quarter of the astrological year whose beginning is at the vernal equinox. On this stupendous occasion we find the majority of planets in cardinal and mutible signs and in fire and air, which makes for a lively energy this winter quarter, but the Moon moving relatively slowly slows the course of change and makes for relatively fewer events this quarter than if the Moon were moving quickly.
The Sun forms the following aspects: conjunction Pluto, square Uranus, sextile Saturn, and sextile Neptune. The Sun's conjunction with Pluto, sextile to Saturn and sextile to Neptune tends to generate a more or less calming influence. Saturn and Pluto, exactly sextile one another, are in mutual reception, bringing a constructive, cooperative influence to the world in areas of large scale Government and corporate organization. The mutual reception also means that the situation is more or less flexible and different strategies are being tried out in order to find what works and what doesn't. The Sun sextile Neptune is peaceful, and favors large social groups, especially the poor and less fortunate. But, while this is true, the Sun and Pluto square Uranus will continue to generate tension and resentment in the world. While the world is tending more at this time toward cooperation tension and discontentment will continue to plague us.
The Moon forms the following aspects. The planet directly behind the Moon is Uranus. This brings some surprisng developments and turns of events this winter. The influence of Uranus tends to bring the unexpected and sudden. The chief aspects formed by the Moon are a trine to Mercury, and a square to Mars. Mars is at 26 degrees Capricorn, a critical degree. The Moon coming to square Mars points toward critical conflict in the world.
So, where do we find the conflict? The strongest indications appear in the Winter Solstice charts of eastern Europe and the Middle East. Charts were made for Moscow, Damascus, and Jerusalem. Mars at Winter Solstice is at 26 degrees Capricorn. The Midheaven of Moscow is 24 degrees Capricorn, the Midheaven of Damascus is 23 degrees Capricorn, and the Midheaven of Jerusalem is 22 degrees Capricorn. Mars is conjunct the Midheaven of all of the countries in this longitudinal region (approximately 37 degrees east). The Middle East, especially Syria, will continue to be a hot spot this winter, and the possibility of Russia entering the conflict is not to be ignored.
The chart for the UK has the Sun in the 10th house and the Moon in the 1st. Neptune rising and conjunct the Ascendent shows a liberal socialistic sentiment developing amongst the people, and needing to be heard by the Government. Pluto is in the 11th house. The Sun conjunct Pluto and square Uranus shows the Prime Minister and his party in Parliament engaged in a quarrel with the people. The issues are over money and debt; Pluto rules the 8th house of this chart. The Moon in the 1st house applying to trine Mercury shows productive talks. But, the Moon coming to square Mars in the 11th says that the people challenge the course the current Government has been taking. But, because the Moon and Uranus are intercepted in the 1st house, the people will not as effective as they would like to be, and are not being heard as they might wish.
The chart for Bruxelles, therefore the entire EU, are similar to the chart of the UK. Pluto, however, is in the 10th house. The Sun in the 10th conjunct Pluto and square Uranus in the 1st is a harsher aspect than in UK; it shows the Government acting with heavy hand.
What the above suggests, is that the peacefulness shown in the charts may amount to little more than Goverrnment suppression of popular opposition in the UK and EU.
Looking at the other side of the world, the chart for Australia has Jupiter is in Gemini, in the 10th house. Jupiter is retrograde and in mutual reception Mercury in Sagittarius in the 4th. This opposition and mutual reception in some ways shows the Government in a favorable light at this time. It also shows the Government consideratly bowing to opposition, but the mutual reception by opposition suggests that both sides are at a disadvantage, and won't benefit in their interactions at this time. Jupiter ruling the 8th house, and Mercury ruling the 2nd show that the clumsy dance is around money, and nothing short of a lot of wasted breath can be expected. The Moon is in the 8th house, and is applying to the square of Mars in the 6th. This warns of an epidemic, and points to difficulties in services, labor, and the military.
Looking at the chart for Brazil, we find Mars in the 12th house with Moon applying to square from the 3rd. This points to increasing anger and violence on the streets and in poor areas and neighborhoods. There will be an increase in crime. The chart shows a strongly emphasized Yod configuration between Saturn in the 10th house, Jupiter in the 5th house, and Uranus in the 3rd. This is saying that the Government must adjust. Saturn rules the 12th house in this chart. It strongly involves the poor and the disenfranchised.
Looking at the chart for the USA, we find the Sun rising in the 1st house, and the Moon in the 4th. Mercury is conjunct the Ascendent. Mars is in the 2nd house. The Sun in the 1st house shows, despite the complaints of so many of the people, a period of increasing prosperity. But to whom, and from where? The Sun rules the 9th house. Money is coming into the country from abroad, and money is to be made in iternational trade and commerce. The Sun coming to conjunction Pluto and square Uranus, however, shows that, despite the more sanguine indications, the people will continue to be discontent, and the public health will not be good. Saturn in the 11th house trine and mutual reception Neptune in the 3rd house shows the Democrats in Congress having a strong influence over the press, and the press flattering them. The Yod to Saturn in the 11th house from Jupiter in the 6th and Uranus in the 4th shows the Congress having to make adjustments to accomodate the different demands of labor and of the opposition from the Republicans. Jupiter, ruler of the Ascendent in the 6th house retrograde and opposite Mercury shows a lot of useless talk and bickering while everybody compromises around serious economic issues to nobody's liking. Saturn rules the 2nd house. Compromises are based on economic limitations. Mars is in the 2nd house. The Moon coming to square Mars at a critical degree there presages critical trouble coming up in financial affairs, the general economy, banking, stock market, and the housing market. Mars rules the 4th house. The 4th house signifies real estate. The Moon applying to square Mars shows the Republicans and Democrats not cooperating well at all in the contested area of the economy. In the area of international politics, the opposition and mutual reception between Mercury and retrograde Jupiter amounts to a lot of noise, wasted breath, and agreements to disagree. Jupiter is the ruler of the Ascendent in this chart. Retrograde means that the USA backs down. Mercury, the ruler of the 7th house says that there is a strong and confusing influence in this country from foreign interests.

Saturn's Ingress in Scorpio
Saturn entered Scorpio on October 5, at 20:34 GMT. It will plod through Scorpio until 2015 when it enters Sagittarius. The following is what it shows coming up in the world.
The nature of Scorpio is fixed water. Saturn is cold. Saturn in Scorpio brings out the tendency of Scorpio to become icy. This can cause the the criminals to become entrenched. It will also establish new and positive structural developments in business, economics, science, and international relations. Serious confrontations will happen.
Saturn in Scorpio hates restraint and opposition. It has a strong, turbulent energy, and may soon cause the downfall of criminals in positions of power. Arrogance and greed are the most dangerous attitudes to have under this influence. The arrogant will fall.
Saturn in Scorpio will also deteriorate the public health and hygene, poison the water, and bring out serious diseases. Because Saturn in Scorpio has to do with poisoning, the entire matter of gas fracking will loom up in the public awareness. Pollution of water, as well as scarcity of water will be a big issue. Also the matter of GMOs and the pharmaceuticals will become more and more a critical issue. Saturn in Scorpio will also bring necessary disintegration to powerful international financial institutions run by crooks.
Scorpio is the sign of death. Saturn is the reaper. Put them together, and they spell the end of all due to fall in the areas of banking, politics, business, and in the general public. The death rate will rise. The disease rate will also rise. There will be much mortality among the elderly, and among prominent figures including those who hold important positions in the Governments of the world.
Saturn is peregrine in Scorpio. It lacks patience, and can contribute to treachery in political affairs. There will be assassinations done in secrecy.
The planetary aspect shown by the chart at the minute Saturn entered Scorpio says something about how this planet will act over the period. The most important aspects include the following. Saturn was conjunct Mercury at 00 degrees Scorpio, and trine Neptune at 00 degrees Pisces. This gives a deep, intelligent, and subtle influence to Saturn. It will bring out dark secrets otherwise concealed from public attention. It may also begin some revolutionary developments in the scientific, political, and economic areas. Great benefit comes to the world through secret channels. There are very powerful people working from secret positions to disempower the criminal elements that have plunged the world into the crisis it is in.
Saturn has two dispositors, it being in Scorpio: these are Mars and Pluto. The condition of the dispositors show what will become of Saturn's influence as it transits Scorpio. Mars, the traditional ruler of Scorpio, is at 29 degrees Scorpio, square to Venus and square to Neptune; Venus and Neptune are in opposition one another. Mars at 29 degrees any sign is at the end of his tether, and is extremely impatient and will certainly precipitate trouble. Interesting to note, the Moon was at 29 degrees Scorpio when President Obama was inaugurated. This, and the coming time for his Administration is fraught with trouble.
Mars square Venus and Neptune will bring out scandals; criminals will be exposed; there will be breaches of trust in political and business circles; unfortunate economic developments affecting international relations will have to work out; huge losses of money, and explosive, even false flag events are to be expected. Criminals do not stop until they are stopped.
Pluto, the secondary ruler of Scorpio, is square Uranus. This very difficult square marks the entire transit of Saturn through Scorpio, not only because Pluto is Square Uranus at the beginning of this transit, but because these two planets will continue to be square to one another all the way through into 2015. This is a time of world-wide turmoil. Huge protests are happening. We can expect what is developing in the world to grow and get louder. Autocratic gangsters are having, what at best is, their last hurrah, and the world is paying a terrible price for it. Neptune square Mars shows radical forces revolting. It brings violence.
The transiting Moon at the time of Saturn's entry into Scorpio is exactly conjunct Jupiter at 16 degrees Gemini trine the Sun at 13 degrees Libra. There will be a great deal of brilliant writing and communicating all through this exciting period. Intellectual activity will flourish. During times of revolution the most interesting literary productions come. This is such a time.
All in all, the condition of Saturn's dispositors along with the Moon's condition show that the coming time is going to be very exciting and dangerous. Very good and very evil developents will come in scientific, political, and economic areas. Extra-terrestrial communications will break through all the more, and become more widely accepted.
The countries under Scorpio include Bavaria, Turkey (Cappadocia), Catalonia, Judea, Morocco, Norway, Syria, South Africa. If the situation in the EU continues to be more and more oppressive, Bavaria, the richest German state, may move toward autonomy, or will move to dominate the Federal Government of Germany. Turkey is moving ever closer to war with Syria. Jerusalem is in a dangerous and potentially very unfortunate position. South Africa is on the brink of war. Catalonia is moving to seceed from Spain. Because of its oil, Norway is in the most advantageous position. Time will tell what happens with Morocco. It may develop tensions with France.
