Mundane astrological view of Mars in Leo

Mars entered Leo at 2:52 AM GMD on September 19th. Entering Leo from Cancer the energy of Mars changes very noticibly. Cancer, his weakest sign, brought out his worst; Leo, a very positive sign for Mars, will increase his powers.

The aspects formed by Mars upon entering Leo give us a good snapshot of what he's up to now. This will have something to say about his influence in the world as he moves through Leo between now and November 10th when he enters Virgo.

Mars, upon entering Leo, is applying to trine Uranus. We also see the Sun applying to sextile Mars, and Venus separating from sextile Mars, and Mercury separating from semi-square Mars. For the most part these are positive aspects that bring a more constructive spirit into the world.

Mars applying to trine Uranus encourages more positive, innovative developments in government undertakings, and gives hope for breakthroughs. Mars sextile Sun favors world leaders. It also brings increases of warlike operations and offers possibilities of constructive reforms to the military. Sun and Mars in sextile generally favor industry as well. Venus sextile Mars favors business and money matters. But, while the current position of Mars is working constructively in the world, as seen by his aspects to Uranus, the Sun and Venus, his semi-square aspect to Mercury shows public anger and political quarreling, accidents in traveling, public demonstrations, possible strikes, and dangers of theft.

The chart made at Greenwich shows Mars ruling the mid- heaven in the 12th house and square the mid-heaven showing an increase in crime and violence as well as possibilities of fires in public institutions. The Government, as shown, is not at all popular with the poor. Mars trine Uranus in the 9th house favors advances in science and technology with the possibility of some interesting discoveries. Mars trine Uranus and sextile Venus shows productive diplomatic activities probably having to do with British relations with the EU. Mars sextile Sun in the 2nd house favors the economic picture for the moment. But, Mars semi-square Mercury in the 2nd house warns of theft and losses in the stock market. The financial imbalance in the UK is not about to be resolved even though the spirit of Mars favors constructive action.

Mars in the chart of the Euro is in the 10th house in opposition with Neptune at 1:03 Aquarius. Neptune rules the 7th house of the Euro chart. This is a chaotic, even explosive influence for the affairs of the Euro zone having to do with questions of partnerships. Interesting to note, the 7th house cusp of that chart is at 29:50 Pisces. Transiting Neptune has been passing over that degree to bring much confusion and distressing news. The positive aspects shown by Mars at this time give some hope that constructive actions can be taken. Mars in the 10th house is showing a need for reorganization.

The chart made at Washington DC has Mars in the 3rd house. This, despite the good aspects, this warns of traffic accidents. Transportation industries suffer losses. The 3rd house Mars also points to deliberate, aggressive manipulations of the news media such as failures to report the protest activities happening on Wall Street at this time. Mars trine Uranus in the 11th house brings angry debates to Congress in reaction to the President's asserting his ideas about taxes. Mars sextile Sun and Venus in the 5th house will bring some exciting entertainments, while his semi-square Mercury in the 5th house will adversely affect schools.

Looking at the chart of the UN, Mars squares the UN Sun at 1:07 Scorpio in the 7th house. Mars is the ruler of the UN Chart whose Ascendent is at 20:04 Aries. Mars' entrance into Leo ushers in a period of quarreling in the UN. The current issue is the question of Palestinian statehood. The positive aspects of Mars can help steer the quarrel in a positive direction.

Mars in the chart of Australia is forming trine aspects with Venus, Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury. This encourages positive developments in the areas of international financial relations and trade.

Mars in the chart of South Africa appears in the 6th house of the chart of the constitution square the Sun and Jupiter. This shows a period of tension and difficulties in the Government, public excitment over crimes, and the danger of infectious disease. The positive aspects that Mars has give hope for constructive activity nonetheless.

The astrological view of the New Moon.

The new moon came on August 29th at 4:05 AM GMT, or August 28th at 11:05 PM EDT. At first glance we see a grand trine formed by the lunation and Venus in Virgo with Jupiter in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn. This grand trine promises that more sanguine conditions will develop during this month despite whatever else is shown. The grand trine in Earth signs says that we are entering a month in which we will see growth in business and finances. The lunation trine Jupiter will bring a period of general improvement and growth. Jupiter is the ruler of the New York Stock Exchange Mid Heaven. The grand trine involving Jupiter indicates a general upward trend in stock prices this month.

Looking further, we see Mars in Cancer separating from square Saturn in Libra. This shows the harsh conditions from last month overshadowing and influencing the current lunation period.

In the lunation chart we also find Mercury in Leo applying to exact trine the North Lunar Node in Sagittarius to bring some alarming news from afar.

Looking again at the chart of the New York Stock Exchange, we see that Mars is the co-ruler of the Mid Heaven. The Mars square Saturn aspect together warns that even though the trend of the NYSE is up this month, there is a probability of some sell-offs in light of what is happening abroad, especially in the EU.

The lunation chart interacts with the chart of the Summer Solstice (June 21st). We see that in the Summer Solstice chart there was an exact quincunx aspect between the Moon at 10 degrees Pisces and Saturn at 10 degrees Libra. In the lunation chart, we find Jupiter at 10 degrees Taurus. Jupiter is now forming a Yod aspect with the Summer Solstice Moon and Saturn. The point of the Yod is Saturn. It says that imbalances and unanswered needs experienced through the summer are now at a point demanding adjustments. Looking at the the chart for the UK this points to matters involving communication and the Government. The Government needs to be in better communication with the street and the neighborhoods. Looking at the chart for the US this points to matters involving the nation's unhappy outlook with serious emphasis on jobs. The lunation chart has Saturn in the 6th house trine the Summer Solstice Venus in the 9th. This means that the US will see an increase in jobs coming from foreign employers.

The chart for DC has the Ascendent conjunct the malefic star Algol. Algol is the most evil star in the heavens. The Ascendent forms a square with Neptune in the 10th house and with Mercury in the 4th. Mercury is in exact trine with the North Node in the 7th. We can expect some very ugly talk, fear mongering and gossip to come up this month in and about political circles. Algol inclines toward mob violence. Malicious talk and propaganda is deliberately being aimed at arousing the public's wrath. The lunation trine Jupiter will serve as a buffer.

Saturn at the lunation is exactly conjunct his natal position in the US chart of July 4th, 1776. This New Moon marks the Saturn Return of the USA. We find ourselves in a severe financial and political crisis. SAturn in the USA natal chart is square the Sun and in a grand trine with Mars and Uranus in Gemini and the Moon in Aquarius. This indicates that, being in this crisis, we may look forward to a period of constructive development coming.

Chinese astrology report: Chinese fall season.

Chinese Fall season started at 5:49 AM, Beijing time, on August 8th, in other words 5:49 PM EDT on 8/7 at Washington DC. Chinese Fall season, or the season of the element Metal begins exactly mid-point the Summer Solstice and the Fall Equinox. It coincides with the Druid festival of Lughnasadh, the beginning of the harvest season, and this harvest season has certainly gotten off with a bang. While Western astrology doesn’t work with the cross-quarter days, Chinese astrology does. They are very important days when the Sun’s energy is at the most fixed points in the Zodiac. These points are called the Gates of the Earth. They are 15 degrees Aquarius, 15 degrees Taurus, 15 degrees Leo and 15 degrees Scorpio. We are now at 15 degrees Leo. The conditions we see around us in the world today are a strong indication of the conditions that will continue into November. We are in perilous times.

All things considered, the Chinese astrological charts were calculated for Washington DC. What these charts say has meaning for the entire world.

The signs are as follows. Metal Rabbit is the year sign; Fire Monkey is the month sign; Wood Horse is the day sign; Water Monkey is the hour sign. The star is 2 Earth.

The element balance shows 4 Metals, 4 Waters, 2 Woods, 2 Fires and 3 Earths. The situation of Fire is extremely weak: the Fire of Fire Monkey is turned to Water by the Metal Rabbit, and the Horse (a Fire sign) of the Wood Horse is rendered void by the Metal Rabbit. This indicates a sudden implosion. Look at the stock markets. Up to this time there was a continual expansion. Now there is implosion. There are 10 Yang elements and 4 Yin elements in this chart. The over balance of Yang means strong forward momentum. We find the strongest overbalance in Yang Water. There are 4 Yang Waters. This is generating fear in the world. Fear turns to panic.

The chart style is called Secondary Resources combined with strong Imposing Authority deities. Secondary Resource deities favor looking for alternatives. They also favor all secret, behind the scenes activities and working by occult means. This is a good time for psychics and astrologers, and suggests that much is happening behind the scenes in secrecy. Imposing Authority deities break barriers and favor adventurous and risky actions. The void Horse in the chart spells unstable and inauspicious fortunes. Coupled with the void Horse and the Knife Blade the Imposing Authority deities can bring ruin to reckless people who are unaware of what is happening behind their backs.

The month star 2 Earth puts the year star, 7 Metal, in the house of the Abyss. This means that the energy of the time is such that those who know where they are going are now on the road to their destination for good or ill, and those who don’t know where they are going are now stuck in a rut. 7 Metal in the house of the Abyss yields two I Ching hexagrams: Limitation and Oppression. The resulting hexagram is #49, Revolution. And the line is the 3rd line. It says starting right now is bad luck. Openly persevering is dangerous. When talk of revolution has gone around three times it will start. Grudges are deep rooted. The force of the discontentment will rise of itself. Hasty decisions bring unfortunate results. Horary astrological view: Greece

In an article from Associated Press, dated June 19, 2011, the question was raised whether Greece is on the path to stability or just delaying an inevitable disaster. The article goes on to assert that the answer won't come for weeks or months, but that financial analysts are not optimistic.

A horary astrological chart was drawn up on June 19 at 2:33 PM MST at Phoenix, AZ to look into the probable future of the situation. We note the Moon forming two aspects: trine Sun and square Mars, respectively. The Sun is the ruler of the 11th house and is in the 9th house. Mars is the ruler of the 2nd house and is in the 8th house. Mars is at 29 degrees Taurus. Mars at 29 degrees any sign is out of patience. 29 degrees Taurus is the Pleaides, the "Weeping Sisters", a most unfortunate degree. Moon's final aspect square Mars with Pleaides says the matter will come to a most unfortunate pass. In a nutshell, while diplomats are hopeful that a bail out will help, if the bailout actually goes through it will lead to regrettable losses and violence. The financial analysts have good reason not to be optimistic.

Saturn in this chart is in the 12th house. This shows trouble behind the scenes affecting the final outcome. Saturn is the dispositor of the Moon and rules the 4th house, in other words, the end of the matter looks rather grim. Also note: Mercury is coming to square Saturn. Mercury is the ruler of the 9th house and is in the 9th house. International relations of the Euro Zone will become more seriously troubled than they are already. Disaster looks probable.

Horary astrological view of Germany's future

A horary chart was drawn up on March 26th at 5:05 MDT in Albuquerque NM (106W39; 35N05) to look into the question of Germany's future in light the condition of the Euro and the EU bailouts coming up. As shown by Saturn rising retrograde in the 2nd house of this chart serious and repeated trouble is coming up; it involves money and the need to protect the national security. Saturn mutual reception Venus says that Germany will look for the way out.

Venus is the ruler of the 2nd house. We see her at 29 degrees Aquarius in conjunction with Neptune in the 6th house. The 6th house says the coming matter is distressing. Both Venus and Neptune at 29 degrees is saying that those in distress are at the end of their tolerance. Venus, denoting the money, conjunct Neptune shows loss. Neptune rules the 7th house of international relations. The German economy is being drained by the untenable demands of the EU. This is going to cause big political trouble for the current Government.

The Moon in this chart is forming square aspects to Jupiter and Mercury. Jupiter and Mercury are in the 8th house. Jupiter rules the 4th house and Mercury rules the 10th. The 4th house is the people and the 10th is the Government. The people are at odds with the Government over the matter of economic losses. Frau Merkel's Government is already becoming unpopular. The federal elections coming in 2013 are happening at the time when Pluto is in conjunction with the Euro's Sun at 10 degrees Capricorn. The Euro will be in big trouble. Because of the severe consequences of the bailouts of Ireland, Greece, Portugal and Spain, involvement in the EU will become extremely unpopular amongst the German people and that will bring them into conflict with the current Government. It is not out of the question if the Mark is restored.

The Moon in this chart is in Capricorn square to Saturn in the 2nd house. This brings severe economic demands on Germany, depresses the markets and makes inroads in German business and industry.

Germany's ties to the EU may be seen in the relation between Mercury and Jupiter in this chart, also between Mercury and Neptune. Mercury rules the Ascendent, meaning Germany itself; Jupiter and Neptune rule the 7th house, meaning the other nations of the EU. The Moon is square Jupiter and Mercury. This brings strife to Germany's relations with the other members of the EU. We also see in the 7th house Mars and Uranus. Mars in the 7th house reaffirms strife, and denotes possible breakings of ties. Uranus is coming to square Pluto. This denotes crisis conditions developing in Germany's relation to the EU. The EU is in a weakened condition. The German people will have had it. We can see the problems in the EU reflected in the degree of strife that is now developing between the German people and the Government.

We also note, Jupiter is in opposition with Saturn. Jupiter rules the 4th house. The 4th house is the end of the matter. The opposition of Jupiter to Saturn spells serious losses of money and a breaking of economic ties. Saturn in mutual reception Venus shows Germany getting out of the burdens. The people will force the Government to change its relation with the EU.

The Moon afflicted in Capricorn in the 5th house also shows the German cultural scene suffering seriously from the imperialistic designs of the EU that have been draining Germany of its wealth. Watch the German people. The days of Merkel's Government and its entanglement with Bruxelles are numbered.

Astrological view of the super moon on 3/19

The full Moon is on March 19th at 6:11 PM GMT. It is called a super Moon as it is far closer to Earth than normally, and therefore exerts an especially strong magnetic pull on the Earth. The Moon is below the equator at about 5 degrees South declination. 5 degrees South may affect the area of Northern Peru and Southern Equador. Notwithstanding, the strong magnetic force of the super Moon will affect violent events of one kind or another on the entire planet. Confirming this, we find that the full Moon and Sun are exactly square the Nodal Axis and they are also exactly square the Lunar Eclipse of 12/21.

It is also important to note that at the time of this super Moon Jupiter and Saturn are within close orb of opposition to one another. The opposition of Jupiter and Saturn is triggering more Solar activity. The Solar flares to come will activate more Earth activity.

The full Moon is also in tight opposition with Uranus at 00:26 Aries. Exactly square the December 21st Lunar Eclipse (29 degrees Gemini), the super Moon will trigger more repercussions from that eclipse, the most recent being when Uranus was at 29 degrees Pisces square the eclipse degree at last week's earthquake and tsunami with all its catastrophic developments.

The Lunar Eclipse on 12/21 occured at 12:00 Noon over Japan. This guaranteed that Japan would be struck by earthquakes and volcanic eruptions within three months. It has happened. The super Moon will probably bring more. It will affect the Ring of Fire. The latitude of Japan is between 130 degrees and 148 degrees East. These latitudes also include Kamchatka Pennisula, Eastern Indonesia and New Guinea, in other words, the Western side of the Ring of Fire. The super Moon will trigger more activity in this and other regions.

Looking at the chart for Japan, the full Moon and Saturn are in the 8th house with Mars, Sun, Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury in the 2nd house. This shows a tremendous loss of wealth for Japan and a spike in the death rate. The Moon afflicted by Uranus shows coming panic and many deaths. The full Moon activating the 12/21 Lunar Eclipse may possibly bring more seismic activity in Japan. It is also possible that the situation of the nuclear reactors will turn for the worse.

Looking at Pakistan we find the full Moon in the Mid Heaven. Opposite Uranus, this full Moon brings potential seismic activity to the region, and it says that there is a lot of popular unrest and trouble in the Government. The Government is unpopular. Moon afflicted in the Mid Heaven shows scandals in Government circles. The Moon opposite Uranus in the 4th house shows that radical revolutionary forces are in opposition to the Government. Uranus is on a critical degree. This means that the opposition to the Government is critical and very dangerous. There may be another assassination. The Ascendent is at 29 degrees Scorpio bringing a weeping matter to Pakistan and the part of Assassination is at 19 degrees Sagittarius exactly square Mars. There will be a notable act of violence. The picture is ominous.

The full Moon and Saturn in New Zealand are in the 7th house opposite Sun, Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury in the 1st house. In light of the eclipse of 12/21, this full Moon may bring more seismic activity to New Zealand as well.

We also note that Mars will be at 29 degrees Pisces on April 1st. That may also trigger a repercussion from the 12/21 lunar eclipse. This full Moon is contributing to it.

Looking at the UK, the full Moon at Greenwich is on the Ascendent opposite Uranus in the 7th house. There are earthquakes in Britain sometimes. The Ascendent in the new Moon chart for UK is at 29 degrees Virgo exactly square the 12/21 eclipse, and the Mid Heaven in the new Moon chart for UK is at 29 degrees Gemini exactly in conjunction with the 12/21 eclipse. The entire country is in a state of tension and the Government is having no small degree of trouble. We note that the eclipsed Moon on 12/21 in Britain was just below the Western horizon, and the super Moon of 3/19 is just above the Eastern horizon. This is an interesting configuration. It says that British relations with foreign powers are at a critical juncture.

Greenwich is at 00 West longitude. Following that line South, we cross through Western France, Spain and Portugal and down into Western Africa. This entire region has the super Moon on the horizon. Any area in this region prone to earthquakes is now vulnerable. Whether earthquakes happen or not can here not be said with any certainty.

The full moon chart for Libya has the moon in the 12th house opposite Sun and Uranus in the 6th. Saturn is rising in the 1st opposite Jupiter and Mercury in the 7th. Mars is in the 6th. It points out fires and accidents and insubordination in the military. Afflicted Moon in 12 points to crime. Uranus in 6 points to explosions with loss of life. Saturn in 1 opposite Jupiter produces distress, poverty, disease.

Looking at the US, the full Moon is in the 3rd house opposite Uranus in the 9th. This warns of an increase in road accidents and a possible air crash. Uranus in the 9th house also suggests an emergency situation arising in one of the states.

A Johndro locality chart was made for California. In California we find the full Moon on the 7th house cusp opposite Uranus in the 1st house. We also see the meridian, i.e., the Mid Heaven and the Nadir exactly in conjunction with the Lunar Nodes, the Mid Heaven conjunct the North Node. There is the danger of an earthquake on the West Coast.

Looking further in the US, the super moon appears at the nadir opposite the Sun and Uranus in the 10th house in the entire Western half of the continental part of the country from approximately 95 degrees West to the West coast. This possibly will bring seismic activity to whatever areas there are that are prone to such. The area of the West as shown by the super Moon is also experiencing a great deal of political tension, as the charts show opposition to Government.

95 degrees West longitude also extends down into Mexico in the states of Veracruz and Oaxaca. The super Moon is therefore at the nadir from this area westward to the Pacific coast including California Baja.

All of the above delineated charts point to areas on the earth that may have seismic activity as a result of the 12/21 lunar eclipse as activated by this super Moon. The Western side of the Ring of Fire appears to be most vulnerable.

March madness in mundane astrology

The New Moon occured on March 4th at 8:47 PM GMT; 3:47 EST. It is the third lunation of the winter quarter.

We note that Saturn, now Retrograde, is exactly conjunct Saturn's position in the Winter Solstice and Solar Eclipse charts of Dec. 21, 2010 and Jan. 4, 2011, respectively. This times a reconsideration of judgements involving organizational affairs made by governments and businesses at the beginning of the winter. The controlling powers (including the bankers) are stepping back for reevaluation.

We also note that the new Moon is exactly sextile the January 4th Solar Eclipse degree (13:38 Capricorn) and that that Solar Eclipse was square Saturn. This enables the Eclipse square Saturn to act now; business organizations, government and law are working together in ways not altogether favorable for the world. The Solar Eclipse square Saturn and now the lunation quincunx Saturn tell us that mistakes in judgement will have a price. Saturn in Libra shows where there is potential for serious trouble to develop. China is ruled by Libra.

The lunation is also trine the Winter Solstice position of Venus. This increases wealth for certain people.

In the lunation chart itself we note that Neptune is 28:58 Aquarius and the North Lunar Node is 28:58 Sagittarius, exactly sextile to the minute. Very remarkable. What this is saying is that there is absolute certainty of nefarious activities going on in the area of Sagittarius. Sagittarius rules the Arab countries. What is being reported by the media is not at all what is happening over there. There is no small degree of undercover treachery happening. Nefarious, underhanded plots are being hatched. The North Lunar Node is square Uranus at 29 degrees Pisces denoting explosive developments. Note: Uranus at 29 degrees Pisces is exactly square the Lunar Eclipse degree of December 21, 2010 at 29 Sagittarius. Impatience leading to precipitous actions is to be anticipated. The people are at the end of their tether and are thus open to being manipulated by the secret forces precititating the so-called revolutions.

What the above is saying, in a nutshell, is that some are getting rich through the trouble in the Arab countries while injustice weighs heavily upon the people of the world.

This month of March, 2011, during the current lunation period, we note Saturn is coming to exact conjunction the US natal Saturn at 14 degrees Libra. It is Saturn Return time for the USA, in other words, a time of recogning. Saturn comes to 14 degrees three times this time around. The first time was late November and early December, 2010. This second time is from March 20th to April 2nd this year, and the third time is from August 20th through 29th this year. The one happening March 20th to April 2nd is by far the most interesting. Jupiter comes to opposition Saturn between March 27th and 31st; Jupiter will be at 14 degrees Aries, Saturn at 14 degrees Libra. Especially interesting, 14 degrees Libra is China's position of Neptune and Mercury; Neptune rules China's 2nd house, in other words, their money. This Saturn Return is generating a serious matter of concern between the US and China and it will bear upon the entire world. It is also important to note: The opposition of Saturn and Jupiter, that directly involves the US and China, is in affect at the Spring Equinox. This means that the complicated affair between the US and China over trade and money will take the entire astrological year, starting this Spring Equinox (March 20th), to develop. Watch US-China trade and financial relations this year.

Even more interesting, in light of the above, we note: Uranus is going into 00 degrees Aries on March 12th and will be on that degree until March 28th. This means that the Spring Equinox (00 Aries) the Sun will be exactly conjunct Uranus while Saturn is opposite Jupiter to intensify the nature of the events that will unfold during the year. Again, watch the relationship between China and the US. The playground is called Oil. Oil is wealth. The value of the dollar is going down. The price of oil is going up. The turmoil in the Arab countries as well as the developing tension with China is tied to the deteriorating condition of the dollar.

A very interesting point to note about the exact conjunction of the Sun and Uranus at the Spring Equinox is that it puts a very special Arabian Part on the Ascendent everywhere in the world.
