Romney and Ryan in Chinese astrology

President Obama said that Paul Ryan is the idological leader of the GOP in Congress. He is absolutely right.

For this current article I have made the Chinese astrological charts of Ryan, Romney, and Obama to see how they compare. The readings have as little to do with any personal politicial opinions as possible. The first chart is that of Ryan.

The signs of the year, month, day and hour of Paul Ryan's birth chart are Earth Rooster, Fire Ox, Earth Rooster, and Wood Ox, respectively. He was born in the year of 3 Wood Star, the month of 6 Metal Star, and has the tendency of 2 Earth Star. Briefly, Earth Rooster for his year and day of birth says that he loves order and is inclined to be fussy. He loves his home and needs to be in a nurtuting environment. He is motivated by, and is loyal to the ideals of the community, or political circle that supports him.

The balance of elements in Ryan's chart are 3 Water, 1 Wood, 1 Fire, 4 Earth, and 4 Metal. His energies tend to contraction, not expansion. The most remarkable thing about his chart, something extremely rare, is that it has absolutely no Yang elements. It has 0 Yang Wood, 0 Yang Fire, 0 Yang Earth, 0 Yang Metal, and 0 Yang Water. It has, on the other hand, 1 Yin Wood, 1 Yin Fire, 4 Yin Earth, 4 Yin Metal, and 2 Yin Water; 12 Yin elements in all. That's 12 to 0. The chart is radically unbalanced. This is a big warning of serious health problems that may develop.

Aside from the health warnings, the Yin nature of Ryan's chart shows someone who does not initiate anything, but who always follows something. This is strongly confirmed by his tendency star, 2 Earth. What makes Ryan a leader, paradoxically, is that his chart has the deity called Amiable deity, as well as a Commanding Star. This means that, while friendly to all around him, he is competitive and will use others to promote his beliefs and aims. What are his beliefs and aims, then? Total Yin nature coupled with 2 Earth Tendency Star says that his aims are completely about following an ideal that comes from someone outside himself, and to whom he devotes his life. Ryan is dedicated to following Ayn Rand. She is his inspiration. He absolutely stands for the extreme Neo-Con position of the far right that as been inspired by Ayn Rand. Without that, or for him to change, he would go through a catrastrophic, life threatening crisis. His very identity would be undone.

Ryan, age 42, is in a 10 year cycle that began when he was 38. The current cycle does not show him to be particularly strong. On his own he would have no chance.

Interesting to note, Ryan's birth star, month star and tendency star being 3, 6, 2, respectively all clash with Romney's birth star, month star and tendency star being 8, 1, 3. The two men, at best, have a difficult relationship, there being no genuine compatibility between them. The pairing of the two is simply a business arrangement made by the Republican party.

The signs of the year, month, day and hour of birth in Romney's birth chart are Fire Pig. Water Rabbit, Metal Tiger, and Metal Snake, respectively. Fire Pig - Metal Tiger combination is highly imaginative, intelligent, and aggressive. Romney is capable of springing surprises. He is passionate, has ever changing moods, and emotional extremes that make him hard for most people to understand. Nonetheless he is jovial, and attracts many friends and admirers. He is extremely luxurious; he loves wealth and has expensive tastes, and can live far beyond his means. His Metal Tiger nature makes him intellectually detached and able to see different sides of an issue without becoming involved. He is also insatiably curious and watchful, and, while appearing to be casual and indifferent, can trick others into coming around to his secretly held point of view, believing that it was actually their idea when it wasn't. Romney's chart has two very interesting stars: Academic Nobleman, and Tai Chi Nobleman. This shows him to glow with vitality. He always vigorously carries things through to the end; he becomes very wealthy and displays a kind of aristocratic attitude. Interestingly, his chart shows him to be gifted in divination.

Romney's chart is fairly well-balanced between yin and yang, but decidedly more yang. He is more of a leader and a far more open and enterprising person than Ryan.

Romney, age 65, is in a 10 year cycle that began when he was 62. The cycle challenges him to stand up and take the lead. It is a tremendous challenge for him. But, Fire being his vital element, he has the strength, the cycle being Fire Money. Still, Romney was in his peak cycle between 52 and 62. His cycle 62 to 72 is for him the pivotal cycle of his life; it could undo him in a big way if he fails in this election. Next year, the year of Water Snake shows a change in career. Romney will begin a new career direction, may move house, and may travel. This and next year being Water Dragon and Water Snake, respectively are difficult for Romney.

The signs of the year, month, day, and hour of birth for President Obama are Metal Ox, Wood Sheep, Earth Snake, nd Wood Dog, respectively. Metal Ox is self-protective and inflexible, and does not build relationships easily. Earth Snake is a dreamer, has a strong intelligence and memory, and a strongly sensual nature. Obama's predominant element is Earth. He cares and worries about those close to him.

Obama's chart has a remarkable star called Knife Blade. It gives him a very strong personality. Knife Blade, combined with the chart deity, called Imposing Authority, makes Obama a ferocious leader, best not crossed. He can be ruthless to enemies, and he invites, and thrives on opposition. He can become quite intolerant. He sees himself as a hero. Knife Blade in his chart is not fortunate for his wife; it warns her to guard her health.

President Obama, age 51, is in a 10 year cycle that began on his 50th birthday. The cycle brings about favorable changes in his career, and poses challenges to people who work under him. It also appears to be a difficult period in his relations with his children, who may tend to distance themselves from him in later years. Nonetheless, the cycles of age 40 to 50, and 50 to 60, are Metal cycles. Metal is Obama's vital element. He is strong and up for challenges. This year and next, being Water years bring gains to President Obama.

This year, 2012, Water Dragon makes very strong Earth. Obama's day of birth was a day of Earth. This means that in 2012 Obama is attracting lots of friends. Next year, 2013, is for Obama a peak year. His Knife Blade comes out, and he takes the lead against his opposition.

Obama is the strongest of the three.

The July 2012 New Moon in Astrology

The new moon at 26 Cancer occured at 5:25 AM GMD on July 19. The chart of the new moon interacts with the summer solstice chart of June 21st as follows. At the summer solstice Uranus and Pluto were exactly square one another denoting a very tense, potentially violent summer ahead. At this new moon we see that Mars has come to oppose Uranus and square Pluto. Mars is now exactly opposite Uranus. This is a month of extreme turmoil in western Europe.

The charts for the UK, France, Bruxelles, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain all have Uranus at the zenith opposed to Mars. We can anticipate an alarming development. Where exactly is not altogether clear, but let's narrow it down.

The charts of the UK, France, and Bruxelles have Aries on the Mid-Heaven. The charts of Portugal, Ireland, and Spain have Pisces on the Mid-Heaven. A violent event is more likely to happen with Aries on the Mid-Heaven, as Pisces puts Uranus and Mars in interception and planets intercepted don't act with as much force as they would otherwise. The chart of Bruxelles has Uranus exactly at the zenith, but from the 9th house, and Mars exactly at the nadir, but from the 3rd house. Bruxelles, and therefore the entire EU, will be involved in whatever happens, but the actual place of events indicated by the opposition of Uranus and Mars appears more probably to be France and/or the UK.

Narrowing it down more, we see that the chart for the UK has 29 degrees Cancer rising, and the chart for France has 28 degrees Cancer rising. 29 degrees is the more ominous of the two. 29 degrees is unfortunate.

Uranus at the zenith opposed by Mars shows untoward developments in Government circles. Mars shows the same, points to fires or explosions in public buildings, and shows the people in angry opposition to the Government. There are any number of events that could happen, but considering the seriousness of the banking scandal this may point to violent developments in Government circles. In light of the London Olympics, this chart is also quite troubling. It clearly points to violence.

Looking more closely at the UK chart we see that Uranus in the 10th house is the ruler of the 8th house. Mars in the 4th house is the ruler of the 10th. This points to a death in the highest circle. While the nature of Uranus and Mars is violent, the force of this aspect is somewhat mitigated: Uranus and Mars are in sextile and trine aspects with Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury. It is highly probable that someone of great social prominence will die quite suddenly. Very interesting to note: Mars is at 8 degrees Libra exactly conjunct the star Vindemiatrix, the star of widowhood.

Looking elsewhere in the world for noteworthy developments from Mars and Uranus, we find them stirring up trouble in India. In the chart for India we find Mars in the 1st house opposite Uranus in the 7th. This makes the entire region turbulent and prone to violence this month. The chart shows the people in an angry, discontent mood. There are probabilities of strikes, riots, fires, epidemics, and a rise in violent crimes.

False Flag in London? War? Horary view of the matter.

Please look at this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtifI1EdBj0&feature=em-share_video_user. It alludes to a false flag attack on London and a coming war. The horary question drawn up on June 2, 2012 at 2:26 MST in Phoenix is to ascertain its meaning.
To be most direct, the rulers of the 1st and 7th houses have to be looked at. The question is whether there will be war, an almost absurd question considering what is happening in the world.

Mars and Venus are the significators. They are applying to square aspect, denoting conflict, from cadent houses, Mars in the 12th, Venus in the 9th. A prediction of war would be made if they were in hard aspect from angular houses.

Mercury is in mutual reception Mars, putting Mars in the 9th house with Venus.

Saturn is retrograde in the 1st house saying NO.

The answer to the question is no. But, there is conflict. 9th house denotes international trade. Venus retrograde in the 9th house denotes that the West will back down. War will be averted. It isn't the right time - yet.

Whether or not there will be a false flag event in London is not the question in this horary chart. It is possible the video was designed to mock the conspiracy theorists. Nontheless, caution is a good thing to observe these days.

Moving house in Chinese astrology and feng shui

In the 9 Star astrological system used in feng shui there is a method that is used to determine the best directions and the best times to move house, as well as to do construction on a house. While this method is elaborate, and requires in-depth knowledge of the 9 Star system, it can be used to advantage following its basic outlines as presented here.

The first thing to determine is the star number of your year of birth. There are 9 star numbers. As these repeat cyclically you can find your birth star number from the basic set presented below by adding or subtracting 9 or multiples of 9 to or from the years as shown. You may notice how there are different birth star numbers for males and females born on the same year. Chinese astrology sees males and females as mirrors of one another. Using the year 1950 as our starting point we have the following.

Using the above year numbers, if you were born in 1985 you would subtract multiples of 9 until you arrived at a year falling between 1950 and 1958. Thus,1985 minus 27 gives us 1958. 1958 for a woman then gives us star number 9, and for a man it gives us star number 6. For another example, if you were born in 1965, you would subtract 9 to give you the year 1956. 1956 for a man yields star number 8, and for a woman star number 7. Knowing your birth star number you are ready to find out the best time and direction to move.

Let's look first at this year, 2011. 2011 is a 6 year in the Chinese system. This puts 6 at the pivot, or center of the compass, 7 in the Northwest, 8 in the West, 9 in the Northeast, 1 in the South, 2 in the North, 3 in the Southwest, 4 in the East, and 5 in the Southeast.

The rule is not to move in the direction of your birth star, not to move opposite your birth star, and not to move in the direction of 5 or opposite 5. If your birth star number is in the pivot it is not considered a good time to move anywhere except to a great distance, possibly to a foreign land. Drawing an example, if your birth star number is 3, it would be inauspicious for you to move Southwest or Northeast this year, and, because 5 is in the Southeast this year it would also be inauspicious for you to move Southeast or Northwest.

If you move on a year chart pattern, the luck of the move begins to manifest after five years, and lasts sixty years. If you plan to move for a period shorter than five years, you would look at a month chart  for more precision.

The 9 star system is based on the solar calendar. It is divided into 12 monthly, or solar periods. The period of June 5th to July 6th this year, for example, constitutes one solar period. The star number for this solar period is 1. Star number 1 at the pivot, or center of the compass, puts 2 in the Northwest, 3 in the West, 4 in the Northeast, 5 in the South, 6 in the North, 7 in the Southwest, 8 in the East, and 9 in the Southeast. Using 3 as our example, a move this solar period will not be auspicious if it is to the West or the East, or, because 5 is in the South, to the South or North. The luck of a move made on a monthly chart pattern begins to manifest after five months and lasts sixty months.

Moves made in inauspicious times and directions are not necessarily unlucky, but bring challenges that may be used to advantage. The exact meaning of these challenges depends on interpreting the complex relationships of the star numbers with the elements they represent and the meanings of the directional houses in which they are found. When the 9 star system is expertly used, moves can be planned in the directions of lucky stars for increased prosperity and good fortune, and in the directions of stars that improve your health.

The solar eclipse in Gemini

The solar eclipse in Gemini happens at midnight GMT on May 21st. It is visible from Thailand to New Mexico, across the Pacific and pulling on the Ring of Fire including southern China, Japan, and the west coast of the US. Earthquake activity may follow this event. In light of the fragile condition of Fukushima, and that this eclipse is visible over Japan, we have cause for concern.

The eclipse is at 00 degrees Gemini. Repercussions can happen when the Moon transits square, opposite, and conjunction the eclipse degree on May 28th, June 3rd, June 9th, and June 16th, and so on. The eclipse degree is sensitive for at least one year, so that transits of the planets square, opposite, and conjunction the eclipse will register events. For example, Jupiter will come to conjunction the eclipse degree on June 12th to 15th. And Mars will come to opposition the eclipse degree on October 7th and 8th.

A solar eclipse in the 1st decanate of Gemini is said to arouse dissention and strife in the world, especially among clergy and in religious circles. It also causes hatred, and contempt for law.

To clear up the confusion currently circulating about this eclipse, the eclipse cycle is 19 years. That means that every 19 years an eclipse happens in the same place. In other words,19 years ago there was a solar eclipse at 00 Gemini just like there is a eclipse at 00 Gemini today.
The eclipse is not in a precise alignment with the Pleaides. Pleaides is in Taurus. The eclipse is in Gemini. The distance between the eclipse and the Pleaides is over 2 degrees, which, when translated into miles, equals light years considering the distance of the Sun to those stars.
This eclipse does not represent an event that happens once every 26,000 years. The 26,000 years is an approximate number for the precession of equinoxes. The fixed stars appear to move backwards against the Zodiac approximately 50" a year.

If we read the eclipse as being in conjunction with the Pleaides, we have to see that the violence denoted by the 1st decanate of Gemini is only exacerbated by the Pleaides. Sun and Moon on Pleaides is traditionally linked with blindness, physical and spiritual, and violence.

An outstanding aspect from the eclipse is its square to Neptune. Perhaps this accounts for the fantastic confusion now circulating about this event. At any rate, the eclipse square Neptune is spreading in the world a strong discontentment amongst the poor against the wealthy, unrelenting powers of imperialism.

We also see the square aspect between Uranus and Pluto coming into focus, Uranus now at 7 degrees Aries, and Pluto at 9 degrees Capricorn. This shows the growing tension between large corporate, financial and political organizations and challenging forces; the structures will not hold up due to underground criminality in the circles of world power. Pluto will play a strong role in the coming months in the situation of the Eurozone, the UK, and Washington DC. The square of Uranus and Pluto reaches exact in June, next month, at 8 degrees Aries and Capricorn, resp. This square aspect will register very strongly through the summer months, as shown in the Summer Solstice chart. The situation in the world is going to heat up through the summer and fall months.
Even more significantly, the square of Uranus and Pluto will reach exact again in April, 2014 at 13 degrees Aries and Capricorn. 13 degrees Aries and Capricorn are critical degrees; this means the world situation will be in deeper crisis that year than it is this year. Also note that in April, 2014, when Uranus and Pluto are exactly square in critical degrees, there will be two eclipses. Crisis conditions will last through 2014 and 2015.

Today's eclipse is in exact sextile with the Vernal Equinox (the Sun at 00 Aries, March 20th). This is a very good aspect. It will open up opportunities for communication and greater cooperation in face of the difficulties the world is facing.

Astrological prediction for June elections in Greece

As noted in an article in Der Spiegel (http://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/greece-to-hold-new-election-in-june-after-coalition-talks-collapse-a-833373.html)  new elections will be held in Greece, probably on June 17th. The lunation chart prior to the election was drawn up to see what is unfolding. The lunation prior to the election is the lunar eclipse of June 4th. The eclipse at Athens is at 1:04 EET.

The lunar eclipse is at 14 degrees Sagittarius in the 3rd house opposite the Sun in the 9th house in Athens. This eclipses international relations; Greece is not about to conform to the expectations of the EU.

The important significators for the outcome are Saturn and Jupiter. Saturn is at 23 degrees Libra in the 2nd house exactly trine Mercury at 23 degrees Gemini in the 10th house; Mercury rules the 10th house. Jupiter is at 28 degrees Taurus in the 9th house conjunct the Pleiades. The chart favors the working class and the poor, as shown by Saturn, over the conservative and wealthy international class, as shown by Jupiter. Jupiter conjunct Pleiades spells trouble; it gives the conservative Eurocrats something to grieve about. Mercury in the 10th house trine Saturn in the 2nd shows the Government of Greece coming around to the people. It is only a matter of time before Greece defaults. The time for that, if not sooner, will be toward the end of this year.

Saturn in the eclipse chart is exactly conjunct the natal position of Greece's Uranus. Mercury is also trine that position of Uranus. Uranus in the natal chart of Greece (July 24, 1974 at 4:00 EET) is in the 4th house. The Government is changing radically in face of popular opposition to the austerity measures.

Jupiter in the eclipse chart is exactly square the natal position of Greece's Mars. Mars in the natal chart is in the 2nd house. This shows huge losses that cannot be prevented, much to the dismay of the international community. Greece is in revolt. The election will not favor the EU.

What the full moon of May 6th shows

The full moon occurs on May 6th at 3:36, GMT. May 6th is Super Sunday, a day of key elections in Greece, France, and Germany. Planets showing general political trends are Jupiter and Saturn.

Jupiter, representing the wealthier, more conservative forces, is peregrine, combust, in a critical degree, and opposite the Moon, thus in a fairly weakened condition. Moon opposite Jupiter shows that the position held by the conservative economic forces is approaching a turning point.
Saturn, representing the poorer people, and the working classes, is exalted, yet retrograde; opposite Mercury and trine Venus. Saturn is in a somewhat stronger position than Jupiter.
Saturn and Jupiter are in a quincunx aspect, showing that adjustments must be made. Status quo is going to change.

Using Geodetic equivalents, Mercury is at the zenith of Athens opposite Saturn at the nadir. This shows severe disagreement between the people and the Government. No option is going to work now. The election is going to bring out more despair.
Looking at the national chart of Greece, Saturn in the full moon chart is conjunct Greece's natal Uranus in the 4th house. The discontentment is being galvanized. The trouble connects to foreign involvements. Uranus rules Greece's 9th house. Nothing offered at this election will resolve the crisis in Greece.

Looking at the national chart of France, the Sun and full Moon form squares with France's natal Uranus at 15 degrees Leo. This stresses the economic crisis in France. Neptune in the full moon chart is at 2 degrees Pisces, exactly square France's Mars. Mars rules the Mid-heaven of France's national chart. This presents a major threat to the current Government. Transiting Neptune is also opposite France's Pluto. The country is deeply discontent.

In the chart of Germany we see Uranus coming to opposition Germany's Sun. Uranus is now at 6 degrees Aries. Germany's Sun is at 9 degrees Libra. Because Uranus turns retrograde at 8 degrees Aries in July, it doesn't reach the exact opposition with Germany's Sun until April, 2013. From there Uranus will make square aspects with Germany's Neptune and Saturn.

The current changes in Europe will weaken and compromise Frau Merkel's position in Europe. It may take another year to completely undo her Government. Using geodetic equivalents Uranus comes to the zenith at Berlin in two years, or April 2014. Germany will undergo some deep changes up to and through that time.
